Operating from our four regional offices, our help desk receive and mobilise reactive calls 24
hours a day, 365 days a year.
In-house engineers receive reactive calls via the latest technological means, which allows
them to act quickly and effectively, and improves the efficiency of the operation. Managed
by our Service Account Managers, all engineers are highly skilled and have thorough
knowledge of our client’s requirements.
