8:00 AM International Snow Sculpting Symposium—Professional Snow Scuptors from all over the world begin carving huge
blocks of compressed snow in Whiteside Park in Downtown Ely.
Walk around the park, talk to the teams and watch the progress.
6:00 PM - 10:30 PM Snow Sculptor’s Jam at Grand Ely Lodge
Meet and greet the sculptors as they share live music with local
musicians in the Banquet Hall of the Grand Ely Lodge on Shagawa
Lake. Dinner and Drink specials. Tom Walchuk emcees Admission:
Free with EWF Pin or $5 per person. Must be 21 to attend.
