a large fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, a Smart TV with DVR and DVD in the living room and two
other TV's in both masters, a gas fireplace and high speed wireless internet. You'll also enjoy the
convenience of a 2 car attached garage.
There is a king bed in the lower master bedroom with a large master bath and two other bedrooms with
queen beds and a separate full bath. Upstairs is a bedroom with another king bed and another master
bedroom with large master bath and king bed. There is also a cute sun room with large view windows at
the back of the house.
You also have access to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center for a small fee. This facility provides a
weight & exercise machine room, indoor swimming pool & hot tub, raquetball and basketball courts. Ask
