It’s that time of the year again! If you
would like help or advice with filing your
taxes, please contact the office. We have
several companies willing to come set up
booths in the office for our residents’
convenience. A few companies also have
incentives for new customers. We have
flyers with all of the details in the office for
those whos are interested.

In appreciation of your tenancy, we will
be holding this contest for the month of
February! To qualify, you must pay your
rent by February 4th and fill out a drawing
ticket in the office. We will be drawing for
first and second place winners who will
receive up to $100 off their March rent. We
will contact the winners on February 5th
and also announce them in our March
newsletter. Good luck!
This is just a friendly reminder to all
residents. Please make sure your vehicle
has a parking permit and that it’s in a
visible location. Also, make sure your
visitors know to park in the designated
visitor parking areas only. Violators will be
stickered and later towed. If you witness
any violators, please contact security by
dialing the office number after hours.
Resident Appreciation Week
We love our residents and would like to
thank you for making Cobblestone your
home! Be sure to stop by the office and join
us for a fun-filled week. This event will be
held Monday, February 10th through
Friday, February 14th. Please look at the
calendar on the back for more details.

CashPay Option for Rent Payments
We are pleased to announce that we
are now offering a CashPay option for all
payments. You can now pay at any
approved CashPay location rather than
purchasing money orders then bringing
them back to the Leasing Office. All
Walmarts, K-Marts and Ace Cash Express
locations are approved payment locations,
plus many more! We have printed copies
with all the approved locations in our area
available for pick up in the Office. Please
stop by the Office to pick up your card and
take advantage of this convenient
service today!

Stop by the office and pick up some flyers to
take to work and leave in your break room. If
someone brings in the flyer with your name on
it, you get $100 off your next month’s rent after
our new resident has moved in. Just a little bit
