Fairbanks Ranch Fire Station, Rancho Santa Fe, California

Temecula Civic Center, Temecula, California*
This is the second phase of the city’s major face lift of Old Town’s entire business
district. The construction of the 95,500 sq. ft. civic center includes a 3 story city
administration building with attached council chambers and a semi attached auxiliary
room. The scope also included furnishings and fixtures necessary to support City Hall.
Carlsbad Safety Training Center, Carlsbad, California
This new facility consists of three buildings: dual 2-story (36,000 sq. ft.)
residential-type burn buildings, and one 5 story (6,500 sq. ft.) burn tower.
The complex also includes a large classroom building, 2 indoor shooting
ranges, and outdoor drill areas.

Ruocco Park, San Diego, California

Hemet Public Library, Hemet, California*
Highland Library and Enviromental Learning Center, Highland, California*
This project combines a traditional library setting with a center for environmental studies. The
steel-framed, 32,000 sq. ft. structure was uniquely designed to reuse recycled materials and allow
for natural insulation using the roof top gardens. The sustainable design includes an environmental
learning center, tutoring center, amphitheater, family literacy center and computer center.
Oceanside Fire Station, Oceanside, California*
This fire station and miscellaneous structures span 18,632
square feet and was constructed on 4.68 acres. The
station consists of the apparatus bay, bunk rooms, dining
facilities and fitness rooms.
EL CAJON PUBLIC
SAFETY CENTER
EL CAJON, CALIFORNIA
This 5 story, 332,150 square foot public safety center (with an attached
212,750 sq. ft. parking structure) houses the police department’s 183
employees and operations. The two lower levels accommodate
detention cells, evidence storage space and an indoor shooting
range, while the next two levels are home to administrative offices.
The top level accommodates crime scene investigation laboratories.
Carlsbad Fire Station No. 6, Carlsbad, California*
This new, 34,000 sq. ft. fire station includes two vehicle bays, housing,
kitchen and a fitness area. The exterior scope included offsite water
and sewer pipelines, street median improvements and traffic signal
installation.
Palomar Airport, Carlsbad, California*
This 16,000 sq. ft. expansion included the construction of a new single story
terminal. As part of this project, other new items were added including a
pedestrian bridge, parking lots, access roads and landscaping.
