On behalf of the entire Saint Philip School
community, we welcome you to the
2011 Saint Philip Spring Auction!
We hope you will enjoy this fun evening of friends, food, wine, dancing and
fundraising, hosted by the families of Saint Philip School. All the funds raised
tonight support the school’s operating budget and help keep tuition costs
down. We appreciate your contribution to this great community and your help
in raising money for our school.
We would like to thank our donors for their generous contributions which
make this event such a fun shopping experience. Please support these
merchants beyond your experience here tonight. We also want to thank all
the families and teachers who have donated items or services to the Auction,
and to the teachers, children and parents who have created the amazing art
projects and class baskets you see here tonight. Our community’s creativity and
generosity is inspiring, especially in these tough economic times we are facing!
A special thanks goes out to our caterer, Aimee at Devoted Catering, our
bar host - Marissa McGarr from Napper Tandy, our DJ - Gerald Reader,
Floor Announcer - Mary Stasko, Catalogue Publisher - Boe Davis, our Live

This evening is one of incredible community spirit and we are grateful to the

Course, host of the 2012 U.S. Open with golf member JP Morgan.

amateur athletic excellence, your day will entail a fabulous round of
18 holes of golf, world famous cheeseburgers at the turn, and a lively
discussion at the 19th. Schedules will need to be arranged with JP at
least 6 weeks in advance. To maximize the decadence, available days are
limited to Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

beginning at 10 p.m. Please see checkout procedures below.
Note: Values set forth for the items in the Auction are estimates only and are not
warranted by the Auction Committee for tax purposes or for general value. Nor
is St Philip School responsible for errors in the description of any auction item.
Many items are donated subject to a mutual agreement of limitations. All items
and services must be used in accordance with these limitations. Any amount
paid over the estimated value of an item is tax deductible.

Checkout begins at 10p.m. Have your name and bidder number
ready.
The invoice provided will list items and the total amount owed. Please
check the information carefully and notify us immediately of any
errors.
You may pay by cash, check, or by Visa or MasterCard. Please make
checks payable to St Philip School Auction.
Collect your gift certificates from the next table. Then collect your
physical items. Our Silent/Live Auction committee members will
help you. You must show your receipt before taking any items home
with you.
