Ice Cream Social
We have been having so much fun during Water Play! Each
day we explore something different in the water tables. We
even got to wash the center car! Pictured below are some of
our favorite moments!
Thursday, August 25th
5:00—6:30 PM
Come enjoy some quality time with your
child while eating ice cream on our playground.
(Rain date: Friday, 8/26)

walking through our “Bike Wash”
sprinkler.

door, after some of her
friends drew on the
door with chalk. What
a great helper she is!
8/4– Circus Magic Show at 3 PM
8/8-8/12—JKCCC Summer Olympics during Gym
The Center car was so clean after our
car wash! The Blue Room children
were so excited to help and wash the
car! This is a perfect job for the children to help with at home too!
8/10– Support Team USA! Wear red, white, and blue
to school today!
8/12—Carnival on the playground.
8/16—Sunshine S’more Day
8/22—Sharks & Ocean Show at 3 PM
8/24—Beach Party! Come to school wearing your
favorite beachwear!
8/25—Family Stay & Play Ice Cream Social on the
playground. 5:00-6:30 PM
8/26– Last day of water play!
8/30—Sharing Day: Bring a picture or souvenir from
a vacation that you took this Summer!
The Red Room children

each other!

To everyone who came out to support our Chuck-e-Cheese

fundraiser on Friday, July 22 ! It was hard to tell who had
Each year we do a fundraiser to earn money
more fun, the children or the parents!
for our student activity events throughout the
year. The money earned replaces a student
activity fee that many schools charge as an
additional fee. This year we are again selling
the KidStuff Coupon books.
If every family sells just five (5) we should
have enough money to fund our specials for
the year.
If you sell 5 books, you will get one free! Just
using a few of the hundreds of coupons will
make the book free for anyone you sell it to.
It is great for personal use, as well as gifts,
so think Christmas, Birthdays, etc.
The start date is 9/7/16. If you do not want to
participate in our fundraiser, you can donate
to our student activity fund instead.
Keep in mind that with all of the activities that
we provide throughout the year we spend
approximately $50.00 per student per year.
