The Soundbase 555 delivers high quality surround
sound with no external speakers.
Forget everything you know about surround sound. Now you don’t need a
roomful of speakers and wires to get great home theater sound. The SoundBase
555 includes five speakers, a powered subwoofer, amplifiers and PhaseCue®
surround sound – all in one cabinet, with one connecting wire!
Sits under your TV – no mounting brackets or special cabinets required. Simply place the 555 on a piece
of furniture, then place your flat-panel TV on top of it. Because it’s only 28" wide and less than 3.5"
high, it will fit just about anywhere. Once installed, most people won’t even notice it – until they hear it!

Works with your remote. The 555 is
programmed so that it can learn the volume,
mute and on/off commands from your TV or
cable box remote control. So after you’ve set
up the system, you can put the ZVOX remote
in a drawer.
Super-clear voices. Our Dialog Emphasis
feature makes voices crystal clear – you
can hear every word.
Improved sound quality and bass. We employ
advanced electronic contouring techniques to
improve midrange accuracy and bass output in the
ZVOX 555. It sounds fantastic!
“Green” design – less than 0.5 watts in standby.
High efficiency digital amplifiers mean the 555
uses very little power when in use – and less than
0.5 watts in standby.
Connect your iPod® too. The 555 has multiple
analog and digital inputs – including a minijack input on the front panel that allows you
to quickly plug in your iPod or other portable
sound system.
Big under-grille display. Our display is
cleverly hidden beneath the speaker grille –
and disappears when you’re not using it.
