ORDERING QUANTITIES
Large (26 ounce) and Small (10 ounce) Jar Candles: order at least 12 of a size. For example, 12 large or 12 small. You may mix scents to make up a case of one size, however
the minimum of each scent is 2.
Votives: A case consists of 27 votives, packaged 3 to a sleeve. There are 9 sleeves in a case. A case consists of a single scent. You may order one case of votives.
Cookie Jar: You may order a single cookie jar.
Tarts: A single tart is a “cake” consisting of 8 “slices.” The minimum order is 24 tarts. You may mix in 6’s (6 of one scent).
Accessories: Gift bags have 100 bags in a case, minimum 1 case.
Tart Warmer: Minimum order is one 6 tart warmers, except the ones that plug into the wall and those will be 12 minimum.
Power Pods: The minimum order is 24 tarts. You may mix in 6’s (6 of one scent).

BURN TIMES
10 oz = 55-65 hours burn time
26 oz = 150-160 hours burn time
votive = 10 hours burn time
160 oz cookie jar = 600-1000 hours burn time
Power Pods = up to 80 hours burn time
SHORTAGES, DAMAGES, RETURNS
Please inspect all goods upon receipt. Claims to UPS for damages arising from transit must be submitted to UPS and reported to Candleberry within two days of
receipt of goods. Returns to Candleberry require a return authorization (R/A) number issued to you by Candleberry. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns must be resalable and have no price stickers attached.
TERMS OF SALE
By ordering from Candleberry, you confirm you are not a business being conducted out of a residence and you are
not conducting business out of a “booth.” You confirm you are only selling Candleberry Candles from your approved,
retail shipping address, which is zoned “retail.”
Candleberry’s brand name represents the very highest quality products providing fine fragrance and decor for
the home. These brand name factors provide strong profitability for retailers as well as high perceived value for
the consumer. Candleberry’s brand image is essential to maintaining growth and consistent sales, therefore must
be protected and cultivated by selling Candleberry candles at full and fair market price. If Candleberry’s brand is
not presented in the most positive way, it will significantly harm Candleberry and the retailers of our products.
Every Candleberry retailer must maintain a presentation of its’ products to assure full qualification as a premium
candle and support the brand name at the highest level possible. You further agree as a reseller that you will not
advertise by any media means--typed, verbal, or otherwise—to sell Candleberry products at a price lower than the
suggested retail price on this order form.
To maintain a “protected territory” (which is determined at the discretion of The Candleberry Company),
your sales per month must achieve a certain average for the current three month period.
Current customers of Candleberry may call to find out what that average is.
If your account remains dormant for more than 3 months, you will have to
re-apply to be a candleberry retail distributor. If you open locations in
addition to the one approved account with Candleberry, you MUST
re-apply for those locations individually. You may not carry any
Candleberry products to sell at any location other than your
approved location.
The Candleberry Company, Inc. reserves the
right to change any of the above policies
without advance notice.
