to make a WBU education more
accessible by funding scholarships
for deserving students.
Wayland is

at the Lubbock Campus in bachelor’s and
master’s degree programs
w Programs available in business administration, counseling, education, public
administration, pre-nursing, justice administration, religion and other fields
w Four 11-week terms annually to help students finish their degrees
w Maximum accessibility, with classes available in the evening and on the Internet
through the Virtual Campus
w Affordable, competitive tuition with few
fees
w Smooth transferring, with more credits
allowed and credit possible for work experience and/or training toward WBU undergraduate degrees
w New, state-of-the-art science labs

or students in Lubbock, earning an education is not always as
simple as just picking a school and enrolling full-time. Jobs,
family and other obligations make it difficult for working adults
to attend classes. Financial strain also can be a burden for many.
That’s why funds for scholarships are so important. These scholarship funds make it possible to keep students enrolled and working
toward an education and a better life.
