Custom GV650 Front Fender
What you need to start with is a GV650 under-bracing for the stock front fender. Not the chrome part or the
plastic part, but the metal mounting bracket that hides under the stock GV650 front fender.
Then you will need a Hyosung GT series front fender (GT250 and GT650 fenders are the same). You will also
need 4 small bolts and nuts and a drill.
To start, mount the bracing on the bike. Use the large 6mm bolts under the calipers and only the 2 small lower
mounting bolts on the front of the brace.
Then slide the GT fender over the brace and mark the 2 front GT mounting holes on the brace. Remove the GT
fender and the brace, then drill the holes marked on the brace.
Use the new nuts and bolts to bolt the GT fender to the brace, thru the GT stock mounting holes.
Then reinstall the fender using the 2 large bolts under thre caliper and the 2 front lower bolts on the fender
brace.
