when we decided to go to madrid
earlier this year we didn’t know
what to expect.
we just went. the weather looked
safe and we drove from cologne
to madrid.
it was great. all the locals were
super friendly and everyone was
hyped to film.
we collected a truckload
of footage showing that
madrid has to be taken
serious when it comes to
riding bikes.
during our time in the
capital city of spain we
also went to a couple of
great skateparks in the
greater madrid area and
the guys showed us some
really nice street spots.
we are currently
working on the
scene
report
video.
it will be up on
our

soon.

as said before, they know how to ride bikes in madrid. but one
of them made that even more than clear.

he is a machine wit h an unlimit ed energy cell. he only
rides one day of the week since he has his own bar and has to
work all days. but that doesn’t slow him down at all. Nope.

there is this mannie pad
close to the plaza in
cologne. one day we met
up with louis to film at
the plaza and it was way
too busy.
we ended up at the
manual pad and
somehow
came
through with a little
edit that shows
some of the louis
magic.

what we like about this spot
is its simplicity.
you know that this kinda
spot is in almost every city
and its shows that you
don’t need that perfect
crazy skate plaza or shiny
awesome spot to have fun
and ride your bike.

madrid.
we kinda went back and
forth messaging for the
week and on our last
day he came through in
true spanish style! :)
if you ever seen him ride
in person you know what
we are talking about.

there was this wrecked trannie around the
corner and we also shot some fun pics there.

video & photo. a little experimental but it

the navigation system we use is 10+ years old. we hate it. and we
love it. that thing takes routes you shouldn’t take and when you
turn off the highways it seems that it chooses the most
complicated way possible. but that way we travel through the
towns and villages.
nothing special actually but we discovered some awesome spots
that way. just random exploring all day. so much fun.

jaime lives a little outside from madrid and as most cult riders
you might know, he kills it! great that we managed to meet at his
local scatepark the day we left madrid.
dialed tech lines and his positive attitude made it so much fun
to film with him.

pure joy.
his style is technical and
packed with combos but
he is also capable of the
classic stuff with plenty of
air underneath.
we would not be surprised

future.
