we’ve done

Our ability to deliver integrated services
was highlighted with a project delivered
for the Fortescue Metals Group
Limited, in the remote Pilbara location
in Western Australia. Zinfra provided
project management, mobilisation,
engineering, civil works, construction,
testing and commissioning to construct
the power transmission and distribution
infrastructure for the greenfield
Fortescue Metals Group Solomon
Mine site.
The complex $40 million project took 11
months to complete and resulted in the
installation of:
WATER
• High voltage overhead and
underground transmission and
distribution lines
• Three 132kV substations
Zinfra was able to mobilise a large fly-in
fly-out workforce to the Pilbara region
and delivered the project with a positive
safety outcome achieved through an
excellent safety culture.
