A WALK THROUGH THE BMP’S HISTORY AND A LOOK AT THE FUTURE
A sentence such as “An image is worth a thousand words” is used very often in our daily
life as a reflection of reality. Today, with this issue that you are holding in your hands, we
want to present thirteen years of the BMP’s history that speak for themselves. A Real Estate
Show that has become the reference point both nationally and internationally, and that
has always counted with the presence of the most relevant personalities of the real estate
industry and the financial sector. It is also a walk through the politics of the last years.

atmosphere. I have very often said, half jokingly half seriously, that: “whoever is not
present at BMP, doesn’t exist”. This sentence, if we take a look at the pictures of these last
thirteen years, fits to reality. Through the Meeting Point exhibitions have passed all those
who were, are, and will be. And I am sure that you agree, because during all these years
we have tried, and I think that successfully, to create a framework in order to facilitate all
the objectives related to a trade show and, what is more important, we will keep doing it
despite this stormy and cloudy times we are going through. But it is in these difficult times
that we have to make the grade and be at the service of the national and international real
estate industry.
