The team at Claude Daccord & Associés, known as one of Quebec’s
most accomplished landscape design and development firms, were
recently awarded three prizes at the 33rd annual APPQ Landscaping
Awards. The team won first prize in two categories. The winning
project in the category Inviting Entrances was 'Cordialement Vôtre'
and the winning project in the category Successful Metamorphosis
was 'La Croisière S’amuse.' In addition, they tied for third place in
the category The Audacity of Wood and Metal for the project

Ruth Greenbank was recently appointed
manager of the Centre for continuing Education
at John Abbott College. Her prior experience
includes a long career with the YMCA of Quebec
and more recently with Sunrise Senior Living.
She will help West Island businesses and

Associates recently celebrated their first anniversary in their

impressive gardens for the pavillions of Expo ’67 and is the
first senator from Quebec elected to the American Nursery and
