Macchina automatica per la formatura di cartoni (del tipo americano) ed incollatura delle falde
inferiori mediante colla a caldo. Il sistema di apertura cartoni, brevettato, è completamente
meccanico e così anche la piegatura finale a movimento continuo mediante spintori comandati
da camma. Un'unica motorizzazione mediante motoriduttore, comandato da inverter, trasmette
il moto con un sistema di cinghie positive. Altamente affidabile, presenta un cambio formato
semplice tramite volantini graduati di facile accesso. La velocità massima dipendente dalle
dimensioni dei cartoni, è di 80 c/min.

Automatic erector for cardboard cartons (American type) and gluing of the bottom flaps with hot
glue. The patented carton opening system is completely mechanical, as is the system for folding
the bottom flaps; this is followed by a final continuous-movement pressing cycle carried out by
cam-driven thrust arms. A single motor connected to a reduction gear, controlled by an inverter,
transmits the movement by means of a system of positive drive belts. This extremely reliable unit
is designed for simple format change using easy-to-operate graduated hand wheels. The maximum
operating speed is 80 cartons per minute: it depends on the carton format.

Automatische Kartonaufrichtmaschine (American case) mit Heissleimung der Bodenklappen.
Das patentierte Kartonaufrichtsystem ist vollmechanisch, ebenso die Faltung der Bodenklappen,
die anschliessend in kontinuierlicher Bewegung durch kurvengesteuerte Schieber angepresst werden.
Ein einziger Antrieb mit invertergesteuertem Getriebemotor überträgt die Bewegung über leicht
zugängliche Handräder mit Messkala. Die von den Kartonmassen abhängige Höchstgeschwindigkeit
beträgt 80 Kartons/Min.

NEW PROJECT, ROBUST STRUCTURE

The Bortolin case erector uses hot glue to
seal the bottom flaps so that extremely
rigid containers are created that are suitable
for automatic packing lines. The latest
generation is the fruit of years of work in
the sector. The use of top quality materials,

OPERATION
The vacuum unit consisting of the suction
cups on the head enables the picking up,
opening and handling of the cartons to be
erected. The cartons are conveyed to the
flap folders and to the glue spraying guns.
They are then directed to the bottom pressing
area. The system is run by a series of circular
coaxial cams that transmits coordinated
movement to the different machine station.
This means that only one motor speed
adjuster is required.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The load-bearing structure has welded steel
sections that are enclosed in an entirely
stainless steel guard with paneling that can
be opened. Automatic outfeed that places
cartons upright and makes them fall vertically
onto conveyor.

Le formatrici Bortolin eseguono la formatura di cartoni provvedendo all'incollatura,
mediante colla a caldo, delle falde inferiori creando così dei contenitori
estremamente rigidi, adatti ad alimentare linee d'imballaggio automatiche.
Le ultime nate sono la sintesi e l'espressione migliore di tutta l'esperienza
acquisita in anni di lavoro nello specifico settore. L'impiego di materiali di
prima qualità, la cura dei particolari strutturali e funzionali ed il rispetto dei
più severi e recenti standard di sicurezza, sono certamente argomenti
importanti e la migliore garanzia di un investimento sicuro e duraturo.
Questi ultimi vengono poi portati in corrispondenza dei piegatori delle falde
e della pistola di spruzzatura della colla e quindi indirizzati alla zona di
pressatura del fondo. Il funzionamento avviene tramite una serie di cammes
circolari coassiali che, trasmettendo un moto coordinato alle varie stazioni
della macchina, consentono l'adozione di una sola motorizzazione.

Struttura portante realizzata con elementi profilati in acciaio saldati e racchiusa
da un carter completamente in acciaio inox con pannellatura apribile. Uscita
automatica con raddrizzamento e caduta verticale dei cartoni sul trasportatore.
IL FUNZIONAMENTO
Tramite il gruppo depressore, le prese a ventosa presenti sulla testata
consentono il prelievo, l'apertura e la movimentazione dei cartoni da formare.

FONCTIONNEMENT
Au moyen du groupe de dépression, les prises
à ventouses installèe sur la tête, consentent
la prise, l'ouverture et le déplacement des

en correspondance des plieurs des rabats et
du pistolet d'ejection de la colle et ensuite
dirigés vers la zone de pressage du fond.
Le fonctionnement s'effectue au moyen d'une
série de cammes circularires coaxiales qui
transmettent un mouvement coordoné aux
différentes stations de la machine, permettant
ainsi l'emploi d'un seule moteur.

Die Bortolin Kartonaufrichtmaschine formt automatisch Kartons und schliesst
die Bodenklappen mit Heissleim. So entstehen äusserst stabile Behälter, welche
für die Beschickung von automatischen Verpackungslinien geeignet sind.

ARBEITSABLAUF
Durch eine Vakuumpumpeneinheit in Verbindung mit Saugköpfen erfolgen
Aufnahme, Öffnung und Bewegung der Kartons für die Aufrichtung. Dazu werden
die Zuschnitte zur Faltvorrichtung der Klappen, zu den Leimspritzdüsen und
schliesslich zur Pressenstelle des Bodens befördert. Der Betrieb der Maschine
beruht auf einer Serie von koaxialen Umlaufnockenwellen, welche eine koordinierte
Bewegung auf die verschiedenen Arbeitsstationen der Maschine übertragen und
nur einen einzigen Getriebemotor erforderlich machen.
TECHNISCHE MERKMALE
Tragekonstruktion aus verschweissten Profilstahlelementen in einem Gehäuse
aus rostfreiem Stahl mit zu öffnenden Abdeckplatten. Automatischer Auslauf
mit Ausrichtung und Senkrechtabfall der Kartons auf das Förderband.

Los formadores de Bortolin realizan el formado de las cajas de cartón
corrugado procediendo al encolado -mediante cola adhesiva caliente - de las
solapas inferiores, creando de esta manera contenedores extremadamente
rigidos, adecuados para la alimentacìon de lineas de embalado automáticas.
Los modelos más recientes son la síntesis y la mejor expresión de toda la
experiencia adquirida en años de trabajo en este sector especifico. El uso de

EL FUNCIONAMENTO
Por medio del grupo de vacío, las tomas a ventosa presentes en el cabezal
permiten la extracción, la apertura y el desplazamiento de las cajas.
Se acercan estas caias a los plegadores de las solapas y de la pistola de
chorreado de la cola para dirigirlas posteriomente a la zona de prensado del
fondo. El funcionamento tiene lugar por medio de una serie de levas circulares
coaxiales que, transmitiendio un movimiento coordinado a las divesas
estaciones de la máquina permiten adoptar un único motor.
CARATTERISTICAS
Estructura portante realizada con elementos perfilados en acero, soldada y
cubierta por una producción completamente en acero inoxidable con paneles
que pueden ser abiertos. Salida automática con enderezado y caída vertical
de las cajas en el transportador.

mouvement continu grâce à des poussoirs commandés par cammes. Une motorisation unique
avec un motoréducteur, commandé par variateur, transmet le mouvement avec un système de
courroies positives. Très fiable, elle permet un changement de format simple avec volants

solapas inferiores mediante cola adhesiva caliente. El sistema de apertura de las cajas, patentado,
es totalmente mecánico así como el pliegue de las solapas inferiores, al que le sigue un prensado
final con movimiento continuo mediante planchas controladas por una leva. Una sola motorización,
controlada por un convertidor de frecuencia, trasmite el movimiento mediante un motorreductor
a un sistema de correas positivas. De gran confiabilidad, presenta un cambio de formato muy
sencillo gracias a pequeños volantes de mano graduados de fácil acceso. La velocidad máxima,
que depende de las medidas de las cajas, es de 80 c/min.
