Swami From India At Keene Yoga Center
Swami Gurusharanananda will be at
the Keene Yoga Center at 80 Roxbury St. on
Monday, September 19th to hold a kirtan at
7 p.m. This event is donation based.
Swami has an ashram and takes in boys
who are orphans or whose family is too poor
to care for them. He has also started a school
in a village where there was no school. For

All donations from the event goes to care
and schooling for the children.

That’s right, it’s me again! My name is Bronx and
I am a six year old, neutered male, pitbull/jack russell
mix. I’m still looking for my new home! I am a very
sweet boy who is looking for a family that doesn’t
mind a high energy boy. I love going for walks and
would enjoy being able to accompany you on long
hikes. I also really love playing with toys. Don’t
worry, I’m pretty good at cuddling too when the day

On Sunday, September 18th, Amy Willey and Denise Mazzola of Everything Dog will host a seminar
on the topic of training dogs to hunt for
shed antlers. The
local population
of deer and moose
shed their antlers
annually. Dogs can
be trained to find
the sheds, retrieve
them out of the
woods, and deliver
them. This seminar
will provide information on when
and where to search
for antlers, and the
step-by-step process

This 90-minute seminar will include a PowerPoint

The seminar is free; a $10 donation per person to support the Monadnock Humane Society is encouraged.
