The following terms and conditions, including the Return
Policy, are applicable to all Docap product lines.
Les termes et conditions de vente suivants, incluant la
politique de retour, s’appliquent sur tous les produits Docap.
PAYMENT TERMS
Subject to the provisions of CREDIT APPROVAL, terms are Net
30 days upon issuance of invoice; past due thereafter and
payable in Canadian funds
TERMES DE PAIEMENT
Sujet aux conditions de l’approbation de crédit, le terme
est de « Net 30 jours » à partir de la date de facturation,
considéré comme en souffrance passé ce délai et payable en
fonds canadiens.
FREIGHT POLICY
F.O.B Docap locations

Freight will be prepaid on orders of $750.00 or more on net
invoice value, however, the following exceptions will apply:
Prepaid Freight will NOT apply to the following product:
• Warn Products
• Bolt Bins
• Drum quantity of Spray Nine Product

Prepaid requirements for Threaded Rod orders will be a
minimum $2000.00

Prepaid requirements for Spray Nine orders will be a
minimum of $1000.00
Le transport prépayé pour le produit Spray Nine sera de
$1,000.00 minimum.
CANCELLATION
Standard orders for stocked items may be cancelled without
charge if communicated to Docap in time to stop the
shipment.
Special orders may NOT be cancelled.
CANCELLATION

Docap avant l’envoi de celle-ci.

BACKORDERS
Backorders will be shipped twice a month, or with next
customer order, whichever comes first, however the
minimum invoice of the backorder must exceed Docap’s
minimum invoice amount of $40.00.
RUPTURE DE MARCHANDISE
Les commandes en rupture de marchandise seront envoyées
2 fois par mois ou avec la prochaine commande du client,
selon la circonstance par contre la facture doit excéder le
montant minimum de commande de Docap de $40.00.
DISCLAIMER
Not all geographical areas of Canada are covered by the
above freight policy; please contact your nearest Docap
office listed below for confirmation of these terms and
conditions. Docap may add to, change or remove any part
of these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time, without
notice.
EXCEPTION
Certaines exceptions s’appliquent selon votre région
concernant les frais de transport, veuillez contacter le bureau

All returns must be authorized by a Docap Customer Service
Representative. Product may only be sent back after getting a
pre-authorized Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. For
an RGA number please contact your nearest Docap branch
listed below.
Tous les retours doivent être autorisés par un représentant du
service à la clientèle de Docap. Tout produit ne peut être retourné
qu’après avoir obtenu un numéro de pré-autorisation de retour de
marchandise (RGA). Afin d’obtenir un numéro de pré-autorisation
(RGA), veuillez contacter un représentant du service à la clientèle
à la succursale Docap la plus près de chez-vous. Le produit
retourné doit avoir été acheté dans les douze (12) derniers mois et
représenter moins de cinq pourcent (5%) des achats de l’année par
ligne de produit.
Docap will accept product, returned for Credit, once in a
calendar year, to a maximum of 5% of previous year’s sales, per
product line.
Product must be returned to Docap within 14 calendar days
of the issuance of the RGA. All products must be returned
with Docap issued RGA number, packing slip/invoice and
packed in the original packaging including any accessories,
manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with
the product.
Returned product must not be installed or altered and must
be in its original packaging, in saleable condition.
Products that are special order, custom built, not listed or
identified as discontinued products are non-returnable.
The Purchaser is responsible for shipping product, prepaid,
back to our location. Docap recommends that you use a
carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and either
insure your package for safe return to Docap or declare the full
value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if
the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
AUTHORIZED RETURNS
Authorized returns may be subject to a 25% restocking
charge. Any costs in excess of 25% restocking charge incurred
in placing the goods in saleable condition will be charged to
the Purchaser by a corresponding deduction from the allowed
credit.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Any unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted and will be
sent to the Purchaser with shipping costs collect.
CLEARANCE SALES
Sales of items marked as “Clearance” or “Specials” are FINAL.
There will be no returns or exchanges of those items.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Product considered defective for credit return must be
authorized by Docap. Docap in its discretion, along with
its Vendors, will determine whether the returned defective
products are in fact defective. All products that are deemed
not defective, the Purchaser will be responsible for shipping
costs of the product back to them.
Le produit doit être retourné à Docap dans les quatorze (14) jours
suivant l’émission du numéro de pré-autorisation. Tout produit
retourné à Docap doit être accompagné du numéro de préautorisation, d’une copie de bon de livraison et/ou d’une copie
de la facture originale, dans son emballage original incluant tout
accessoire, manuels, documentation et enregistrement inclus à
l’origine. Le produit retourné ne doit pas avoir été installé ou
modifié et doit être dans son emballage original, en condition de
revente.
Les items commandés spécialement, assemblés sur mesure, non
listés ou identifiés comme discontinués sont non-retournables.
L’acheteur doit assumer l’expédition, port payé, vers la succursale
Docap. Afin de sécuriser le retour, Docap recommande d’utiliser
un transporteur qui offre le service de repérage et d’assurer le
colis ou de mentionner une valeur déclarée pour tout retour. Ceci
permettra de compenser en cas de perte ou dommages en cours
de transit. Si vous choisissez d’utiliser un transporteur n’offrant
pas ces services, vous devrez assumer les pertes ou dommages
encourus durant l’expédition.
RETOURS AUTORISÉS
Les retours autorisés peuvent être sujets des frais de manutention
de vingt-cinq pourcent (25%). Les coûts dépassant vingt-cinq
pourcent (25%) occasionnés par la remise en état des items seront
déduits du montant alloué au credit. Les frais d’expédition ne
seront pas remboursés.
RETOURS NON AUTORISÉS
Tout retour non autorisé sera refusé et retourné à l’expéditeur à ses
frais.
VENTE DE LIQUIDATION
Toutes les ventes indiquées “Liquidation” ou “Spécial” sont FINALES.
Il n’y aura ni retour ni échange sur ces items.
PRODUIT DÉFECTUEUX
Le retour d’un produit considéré comme défectueux doit être
pré autorisé par Docap. Il sera à la discrétion de Docap, selon
les directives du manufacturier de déterminer la défectuosité du
produit. Pour les produits considérés comme non défectueux, le
coût du transport de retour à l’expéditeur sera aux frais de celui-ci.
