Place of departure and destination of the event is Trescore Balneario, a health
resort in the hills and vineyards of Scanzo and near the Lake Iseo

THURSDAY MAY 13
15.00 Arrival of the participants in Trescore Balneario near the thermae for
registration
16.00 – 18.00 possibility for a visit of the frescoes of Lorenzo Lotto (booking
requested) – see www.prolocotrescore.it
FRIDAY MAY 14
8.00 Meeting in the park of the Terme di Trescore Balneario
8.30 Departure from Trescore Balneario for Bergamo
10.00 Guided visit of the greatest monuments of the “Citta Alta” of Bergamo
13.00 Lunch at restaurant “la Frasca”in Almenno San Salvatore
14.30 Return to Trescore Balneario through the hills and vineyards of Scanzo
18.30 Parade through the streets of Trescore Balneario
19.00 Competition “Miss Elegance” at Piazza della Torre / Square of the
Tower awarded by a commitee and by public votes
19.30 Dinner in Restaurant “La Torre”
SATURDAY MAY 15
8.00 Meeting in the park of the Terme di Trescore Balneario
8.30 Departure from Trescore Balneario to Val Seriana
10.00 Meeting point at the “Square of the Clock” / piazza dell‘orologio in
Clusone for a guided sightseeing tour.
12.30 Lunch in a typical restaurant in Clusone.
15.00 Way back to Trescore via Lovere, along Bergamo’s side of
Lake Iseo and Lake Endine
19.00 Distribution of prizes and dinner in “Hotel Terme San Pancrazio”

Conditions of participation
The driver must be in possession of a valid license (in case of drivers change, this is also
effective for the co-driver). All participating vehicles must be allowed for road traffic. The
driver is liable for the legally allowed registration of his car.

Included in the entry fee:
Road-book, sticker, registration number, entry badge, entrance fees, dinner on arrival,
lunch at restaurant “La Frasca”, dinner at the “La Torre”, lunch in Clusone and dinner in
Hotel San Pancrazio on the ending arrangement. The drinks are included, too.
Bookings of rooms
Overnight stays are not included in the entry fee. Room booking needs to be done
individually. When reserving a room in the below mentioned hotel we suggest to state the
keyword “TATRA Meeting May 2010” as special rates are already agreed.

March 7, 2010 at the latest.
Your registration is confirmed only after payment of the amount.
The number of participants is limited to 50 vehicles.

Liabilities (Common regulations)
Vehicles must be in a widely original, technically good condition, as well as allowed for road traffic.
The driver has to carry the instructed officially car documents. Foreign participants also have to
carry a confirmation of the automobile third party insurance (Green Card).
The drivers drive on their own risk at all points and have to follow the instructions of the Italian
vehicle law as the Italian road traffic regulations. Instructions of the authorities and the road
supervising need to be followed.
The drivers bear the total responsibility referring to safety in operation and road of their vehicles
and the liability according civil and penal law for all damages caused by them or their vehicles.
As per hand over of the application form the participant accepts the rules of the defined regulations
and resigns reference to the ordinary courts for all cases and confirms the agreement of having the
unlimited liability for all damages on property and individuals either caused by the participant
himself, his companions or his vehicle. He also guarantees that he will indemnify the organizer in
respect of legal proceedings and claims. The organizer reserves the right to change the route and
the realisation without giving reasons. He is allowed to cancel the event; in this case the fee will be
refunded. Act of nature beyond control discharges the organizer from the realisation of the event.
