NOTE: All passwords are case sensitive Incoming mail server: mail.all‐mail.ca Outgoing mail server: mail.all‐mail.ca • Must check off outgoing server requires authentication • User ID is your email address • Password is the password for the email address • Use port 587 for outgoing and port 110 for incoming (Default settings) • DO NOT use SSL Attached are set‐up instructions for: • Outlook 2007 • Outlook 2010 • Link to the MTS Blackberry server. • iPhone IMAP set up Outlook 2007 In Outlook click Tools > Account Settings and then select the account you would like to edit. Enter your account information as provided to you by All‐Net.ca. Click on more settings > Outgoing Server Check the box to require authentication for your outgoing server Select “Use same settings for my incoming mail server” Click the “Advanced” tab and set your outgoing server port to 587. Leave your incoming server port at 110 Click OK > Next > Finish. Your account should now be set. Be sure to click test account setting to ensure your settings are correct. You can do this by click the “test Account Settings” button in the set‐up window or by sending yourself a test message. Outlook 2010
1. Open Microsoft Office Outlook 2010. If you have just installed Outlook 2010 it will
show in your Start Menu. Click Start Menu > All Programs > Microsoft Office >
Microsoft Office Outlook 2010.
2. If this is the first time you have opened Outlook 2010 then the Startup wizard will show.
Click Next.

3. Outlook will ask if you wish to configure an email account. Select Yes and click Next.

4. If the Setup Wizard does not show then click the File menu and click Add Account.

5. Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types.

6. Click Next
7. Outlook will prompt you to choose your E-mail Service. Select Internet E-mail. Then
click Next.

8. You are now asked to enter your email account details.
o Enter your name
o Enter your email address. For example, [email protected]
o Select POP3 for the Account Type
o Enter mail.all-mail.ca as your Incoming Mail Server
o Enter mail.all-mail.ca as your Outgoing Mail Server
o For User Name, enter your email address. For example: [email protected].
o Enter your email password (Case sensitive)
o Check Remember Password

9. Click More Settings.
10. Click the Outgoing Server tab and then tick My outgoing server (SMTP) requires
authentication. Click Ok.

11. Click on the “Advanced” tab
12. Enter the number 587 for Outgoing Server SMTP
13. Click OK
14. Click Next
15. Outlook will test your settings. Click Close
16. Click Finish.

17. Your POP3 email account now appears on the left-side of Outlook 2010.

18. From Outlook 2010’s menu bar select Send/Receive, then click Send/Receive All

inbox.

Congratulations. You’ve now configured Microsoft Outlook 2010 to send and receive email
using POP3.
Web Mail You can also access your email via webmail at : http://mail.all‐mail.ca:3000 Blackberry Users You can edit your MTS Blackberry account settings online at https://www.mtsm.blackberry.com 1. Press to select "Settings" from your SpringBoard.
3. Select "Add Account" from the "Mail" menu.
5. Select "IMAP". Enter your name in the "Name" field, your
full email address ([email protected]) in the "Address"
field and a description for the account in the "Description"
field.
2. Press to select "Mail" from the "Settings" menu.
4. Select "Other".
6. Scroll down and input the settings for your Incoming Mail
Server. Enter "mail.all-mail.ca" in the "Host Name" field.
Enter your full email address in the "User Name" field and
your password in the "Password" field.

7. Scroll down and input the settings for the Outgoing Mail
Server (SMTP).
Enter "mail.all-mail.ca" in the "Host Name" field.
Enter your full email address in the "User Name" field and
your password in the "Password" field.
Click "Finish". Press the "Save" button in the top right hand
side of the screen. 8. Mail will then check your mail settings. It will verify your
settings and add the email account. Now when you press
Mail it will take you to your mail account.
9. Press to select "Settings" from your SpringBoard.
10. Press to select "Mail" from the "Settings" menu.
11. Select the email account that you have just created.
12. Scroll down and press "Advanced".

13. Make sure "Use SSL" is turned "OFF" in both "Outgoing
Settings" and "Incoming Settings".
Your set-up is now complete.
