SUMMARY
Objective
Sam Hinds Motorsports, LLC is currently seeking sponsorship
for the upcoming 2015 racing season. Each racing season
bears cost due to equipment, parts, travel and racing fees that
individual teams cannot take on themselves. Without
sponsorships, this cost would eliminate most drivers from
competing at any level of racing. Talented drivers are eliminated each year simply due to the cost of racing. In
order to keep Sam Hinds MotorSports, LCC on the track they seek sponsors who are willing to offset the
unbearable cost directly to the team.
Who is Sam Hinds MotorSports, LLC
Sam Hinds is 9 years old and attends 4th grade at Oak Trace Elementary in Westfield Indiana. He is an Open
Wheel Kart racer with 5 years of experience with multiple wins, several pole wins and 2 Championships. Sam
Hinds MotorSports, LLC attends local races at Newcastle Motorsports Park and Whiteland Raceway Park. They
are members of WKA (World Karting Association) and KRA (Kart Racers of America) and travel to multiple National
events each season. Sam started in the kid kart class at 5 years old. At age 7, he won 7 out of 11 races, took all
11 pole positions and won his first championship at Newcastle Motorsports Park. That same season He also won
the championship at Whiteland raceway Park taking 3 wins, numerous 2nd place finishes and 3 pole position
starts.
In his rookie season, Sam moved up to the Yamaha Junior Sportsman Class and took 8th and 9th place of 26
drivers. Sam won his first race in this class late in the season at
Newcastle Motorsports Park.
Goals
Sam Hinds MotorSports, LLC now competes in the Yamaha Junior
Sportsman division locally and nationally. This will involve up to 25
races for the 2015 season. Also, Sam Hinds MotorSports, LLC will be
introducing two new drivers for the 2015 season. Both Sophia Hinds
(sister) and Liliana Hajek (cousin) will be following in Sam’s footsteps
by racing in the Kid Kart class. They have been practicing and are
excited to get on track!!

Why Sponsor?
Sponsoring a race team is an exciting adventure for the sponsor, it’s employees, and the race team. Sponsors
provide race teams the opportunity to maintain that competitive edge each week as the season progresses and
provide the financial means for which teams can purchase necessary race parts and equipment. Sponsors and
their businesses become a vital part of the race team each season. Every sponsor of Sam Hinds Motorsports, LLC
will be treated with integrity. Each member will represent the racing team and sponsors in a professional demeanor
during all racing events. Each team member becomes a representative of the sponsor and must conduct him or
herself in a positive manner at all racing events and functions (promotions, banquets, etc.).
Why sponsor? At any given race track where Sam Hinds Motorsports, LLC competes, between 1000 and 1200
people are in attendance, including people of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds. It has been
Demonstrated that racing is a terrific means to advertise a product or business because it is the fastest growing
sport in the world. Racing fans are very loyal to the businesses and products advertised on their favorite drivers’
race cars. How will SHM help you advertise/market your business or product?
Your business name, logo, or
product will be displayed on the race car for thousands of racing fans to see and cheer. With the goal to help
generate business for you, Sam Hinds Motorsports, LLC will spend a portion of their time meeting your marketing
needs. This may include special appearances at your place of business or using the race team for other methods
of advertising.
Your business or product will be displayed on the team’s racing website www.samhindsmotorsports.com. A link
to your company, if available, will be added to the website. In addition, any other media coverage will have your
business advertised. Primary sponsors will be given permission to utilize Sam Hinds Motorsports, LLC for
additional advertising outside of the realm of racing, such
as television commercials, magazine or newspaper ads,
billboards, etc. There is potential to advertise your business
or product on the race team’s enclosed trailer. The race car
is transported weekly in an enclosed trailer. Arrangements
can be made to advertise on the trailer for a large number
of potential customers to view as the team travels across
the state.
What will it cost you to Sponsor?
Ultimately, that is up to you. Sponsorship costs are negotiable and generally a one-time expense. SHM suggest 3
levels of sponsorship.
1. Single race sponsorship
$500.00
Your company name on the Kart and Trailer for the event, 2 pit
passes to attend the event and spend the day with the team at the track. Also your company information
on our website and Facebook page with links. Special request considered.
2. Seasonal Associate Sponsorship $1000.00
Your company Name on the kart for the season.
2 pit passes for a National Event race and spend the day with the team at the track. Company information
on our Website and Facebook page with links Special request considered.
3. Seasonal Primary Sponsorship. $2000.00
Your company name on the Teams Transportation
Trailer and Kart. Pit passes to races throughout the season. Your company’s information on the website
and Facebook page with links. Drivers and Kart appearances to your place of business or special events.
Special request considered.
All sponsors will receive a plaque at the conclusion of the racing
season. Additional photos will become available throughout the
season. Invoices are provided at time of sponsorship agreement.
