We provide services to a broad range of industrial, institutional, governmental, and commercial
clients.
DELSAN-AIM has successfully completed a wide range of complex and challenging projects that
include office towers, hotels, apartments, refineries, mines, pulp and paper mills, manufacturing plants
and utility installations, as well as towers, incinerators, emission stacks, bridges and a wide array of
other super structures.
Our clients can count on our comprehensive customized approach, regardless of the size or complexity
of the project. Whether it’s a small-scale project, such as the conventional demolition of a house,
or a larger more complex project requiring extensive pre-project process engineering, specialized
machinery, operation procedures and equipment, we are committed to deliver superior service and
results.
The DELSAN-AIM pre-project process engineering includes:

Selective Demolition
Selective demolition consists of the partial removal of architectural or structural components from a
building, in order to prepare for a future demolition or renovation.
Since selective demolition often occurs alongside other trades and in very restricted work areas – such
as occupied buildings or busy urban areas – it is extremely important that the project be scheduled,
planned and engineered in detail, to ensure both the public and worker safety, and the integrity of any
remaining structures.
DELSAN-AIM has the experience and expertise to undertake the most technically challenging of these
projects. With a team of both in-house and third-party engineers, DELSAN-AIM can ensure that the work
is undertaken in accordance with sound engineering practices and in compliance with all applicable
building codes. Our structural experts review each project and develop detailed demolition methodologies that include an analysis of the existing structures, design of temporary shoring or bracing,
as well as crane lifting plans for the selective removal of architectural and/or structural components.
DELSAN-AIM is recognized for handling
high-risk projects with surgical precision.
• Extensive selective demolition experience
• Experts at historical facade conservation
• Advanced engineering expertise
• Personalized project management
• Sound environmental solutions
• Outstanding customer service
• Unparalleled efficiency and accuracy

At DELSAN-AIM, we are experts in overcoming jobsite restrictions in congested and
occupied areas and we operate with minimal
disruptions to clients and surrounding neighbours. Past projects have brought challenges, such as the demolition of furnace
stacks adjacent to a multi-level highway and
the demolition of an office building adjacent
to a nearby glass office building surrounded
by one of the busiest sidewalks in the
country. We are experts at the conservation
of historical facades in a myriad of delicate
demolition locations.
At DELSAN-AIM, we have teams of highlyqualified and experienced engineers, project
managers and employees who are all welltrained in health and safety procedures.
We are very proactive when it comes to
managing risk and maintaining an extremely
safe jobsite. These strengths combined with
our own state-of-the-art equipment fleet
and use of leading-edge technology is what
guarantees success... on time, every time!
