VIRUS PROTOCOL
Tested for 15 viruses plus other
selected viruses for specific plants.
Second node cuttings are sent to the
lab for testing before any cuttings are
taken, then again ½ way through the
year.
Agdia does all testing off site
PINCHING & CUTTING
A five day a week job
• All cutting tools are rotated and
disinfected during use
• Cuttings are taken by zone allowing the
plant to continually produce more
cuttings
• All bags are bar coded for tracing back
to a specific bench or employee if a
problem occurs
• Cuttings are taken on Monday morning, bagged
and in the cooler at 47 degrees within 20
minutes. This slows the cutting’s
transpiration down and allows them to ship
better.
• After bagging and boxing, the package arrives
to you via FedEx in 48 hours.
• Florexpo is the largest FedEx shipper in Latin
America with a terminal right on the farm.
