10/3/02
Sexual Abuse Intake Report alleging abuse by Widera at St. Mary’s and various
locations around Wisconsin from 1969-1976 when the survivor was 9-16 years
old. Widera touched the survivor’s genitals and put his genitals between the
survivor’s legs and masturbated.
7/31/03
Sexual Abuse Intake Report alleging abuse by Widera at St. Mary’s in 1971-1972
when the survivor was 11-12 years old. Widera hugged her, kissed her, and forced
her to undress. On several occasions Widera forced her to touch his penis and
rubbed her hand on his penis until he ejaculated.

Sexual Abuse Intake Report alleging abuse by Widera at St. Mary’s in 1969-1970
when the survivor was 8-9 years old. Widera touched the survivor’s genitals on a
number of occasions.
4/29/04
Sexual Abuse Intake Report alleging abuse by Widera at St. Mary’s in 1973 when
the survivor was 8 years old. Widera forced the survivor to put his mouth on
Widera’s penis and Widera also touched the survivor’s penis. The abuse took
place a number of times in the rectory, Widera’s car, and at St. Mary’s. Says there
were other boys in the neighborhood who were molested by Widera. Archdiocese
will provide financial assistance with therapy and the survivor will proceed with
mediation.
7/7/05
Sexual Abuse Intake Report alleging abuse by Widera while he was at St. Mary’s
in Port Washington, WI in 1971-1973 when the survivor was approximately 1113 years old. Widera touched and rubbed the survivor’s buttocks and he locked
the survivor in a dark room with other girls and touched the survivor’s chest.
