5 Things to consider before joining
the Blueface Partner Programme.
Best Practice Checklist: Choosing the right Partner Programme.
Use this free guide to find out what you need to consider before joining the Blueface
Partner Programme. By following this guide you can ensure your business doesn’t
waste time and hits the ground running from the beginning with Ireland’s leading
cloud telecoms company.
1
PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION
Are you a Blueface customer?
It makes sense, doesn’t it? If you’re not using it, how can you recommend it? It’s essential that a Partner
works alongside and advocates for Blueface so it is critical that you can personally stand over the service.
A customer can also easily explain how the service and technology works.
2
TRUSTED PROVIDER
Do your customers rely on you to make recommendations?
Our very best partners know their customers inside out and are the ‘go to’ person for their business as they
know they’ll go the extra mile. Naturally, a Partner already positioned as an expert with the customer is best
placed to offer their customers options that not only provide savings but excellent service too.
3
PERSONAL TOUCH
Do you speak to your customers on a weekly basis?
Partners that keep in regular contact with their customers get the most from being a Blueface partner.
Relationships matter and customers who sign up through a Partner place a premium on the accessibility
and enhanced personal experience offered by the Partner.
4
MATCH
Do you offer SME Services?
All our Partners will offer a complimentary SME service – IT & Network Support, Broadband, Phone Systems
& PBX Providers are amongst the best. All partners will have an existing sustainable Business and want to
provide additional value to their customers while adding a revenue stream to their business.

NICHE
Are you operating in a distinct market?
Partners who operate in a niche market or have a long term loyal customer base make for the best fit. In this
segment, Partners will cater for services specific to the customer and introduce customers on an on-going basis.
Blueface Partner Programme
The Blueface Partner Programme has evolved through the years. In the Irish market,
we’ve identified the features and profile of Partners who benefit most from the
Partner Programme. We’ve created this checklist based on their successes to date
and identified common patterns. The Blueface Partner Programme has no joining
fees and we assist our partners to achieve fair targets. Blueface provide training
and marketing support as part of the programme.
P.S. Want to know what does not work well?
If you are going through the checklist and you realise it doesn’t describe you, it doesn’t always mean that it won’t work for you but
does mean further consideration is required. We’ve shared here what experience tells us doesn’t work!
• Partner is Not a Blueface Customer
• Partner views the programme as a standalone business
• Partner doesn’t understand the service, which is a poor experience for everyone
• Partner does not have a base of customers for on-going sales
Remember, if our Partner Programme isn’t a good fit, all Blueface customers can benefit from Referral credit on their account. Once
the new customer mentions your referral, we’ll apply the credit on your account.
