Home Theater Kit
Sound Shape is designed to acoustically enhance
any multi-channel audio or home theater system.
It is available in a variety of color and fabric options to compliment any decor. The contemporary
look of our 1’ x 5’ wall panels allow for more placement options, and with four different mounting
options, Sound Shape panels can be attached to
virtually any wall surface. Low bass frequencies
tend to accumulate in corners, producing acoustic
inaccuracies and listener fatigue. Our elegant 2’
x 4’ corner absorbers are specifically designed to
reduce this effect, while our unique mounting
system ensures a clean, tight fit against all surrounding surfaces. In addition, our 2” thick panels
deliver superior absorption properties over all 1”
systems. The Sound Shape Home Theater Kit is
ideally suited to 220 - 320 square foot rooms. The
Sound Shape expansion kit is available for larger

Melamine Foam
Polyurethane acoustic foam
panels and hanging baffles are
used to absorb noise in nearly
every setting, from compressor rooms and recording
studios, to computer rooms,
punch presses, churches and
gymnasiums. Panels install
easily on walls to handle the
toughest noise problems. Baffles can be hung to interrupt and absorb free-floating noise. Hanging baffles are
especially ideal for big indoor areas with hard surfaces,
such as gyms, manufacturing areas, auditoriums, and
indoor swimming pools. Polyurethane acoustic foam
panels are available in three designs: Anechoic Wedge,
Pyramid, and Max Wedge. Baffles are available in the
Anechoic Wedge design.

Acoustical Cotton offers the highest performance at the lowest cost. Available in 2’ x 4’
sheets, Acoustical Cotton is 100% recycled
cotton that is 100% Class A nonflammable.
Acoustical Cotton is also available in baffles for
hanging in gymnasiums, conference centers, etc.
Acoustical Cotton is available in 9 colors and is
perfectly at home behind the Fab-Trax system.
Note: Polyurethane acoustic foam panels and baffles

Deflex Power Pads are made of an advanced polymer on the verge of becoming a liquid. The material, being an excellent shock absorber combined
with a spherical, concave surface eliminates enclosure standing waves. Basically the material deflects
and fragments the speaker back wave instead of
converting it to heat like Dacron or fiberglass. The
result is high output with greatly minimized cone
distortion and break-up. The audible benefit is
greater control and increased detail.

Deflex
Pads are a revolutionary new waterproof damping
pad, specially designed to prevent speaker cone
break-up due to standing waves and enclosure
resonance. This allows higher sound volumes with
a minimum of distortion.
SS-APP1
The Acoustic Poly Panel is in a class by itself.
It is the one product that offers NRC and STC,
without the need for composite construction.
Comprised of recycled, compressed beads,
Acoustic Poly Panel is extremely durable and
can be pressure washed. It is ideal for installations that require high impact ratings. It
is at home in pools, gymnasiums, and kids
playrooms! Acoustic Poly Panel is available in
1” and 2” thickness. Panel size is 2’ x 4’. Color:

The Deflex Power Pads are ideally suited behind
any mid range to low frequency speaker. They
replace existing fiberfill or foam absorbers. Enclosures that are shallow and have a rear wall that is
parallel to the speaker benefit the most from a
power pad application. This also includes in-wall
speaker applications. Vehicle doors are also ideally
suited for treatment, especially since foams or
fiberfill can not be used due to water exposure.
Deflex Power Pads need to be roughly the same
diameter or larger than the speaker cone. The
following sizes are available: 7” and 12” x 12”
singles.

unique frequency hopping technology that prevents transmitted signals
from being distorted by outside interference.
Audiocast
The Soundcast Audiocast lets you turn your PC into a music server. Simply hook the Audiocast
transmitter to the headphone out jack on your computer and send your recorded music files
to the Audiocast receiver that is attached to your music system, wherever it may be in your
home.
You can even use two receivers with each Soundcast transmitter so that you can create two
separate music zones in your home. It is even possible to connect two Audiocast transmitters
to the same music source – then you can make a four zone system!

Outcast
OutCast is an all weather outdoor speaker system designed to provide high performance full
range music in the yard or patio. It features an 8” downward firing woofer, four 3” high frequency drivers in an omni-directional array, a 100 watt digital amplifier and the Soundcast
receiver.
The OutCast is made of water resistant plastic and is designed to operate for up to 10 hours on
the built-in, rechargeable battery pack. It has an internal AC power supply that can recharge
the NiMH battery pack and operate the OutCast at the same time.
As with SpeakerCast, the initial version of OutCast will include the iCast transmitter and be oriented to iPod users. This version of OutCast also has buttons for pause/play and track forward/
track back for remote iPod operation.
All OutCasts have controls for volume, on/off, and mood lighting. There is also an input jack for
direct connection of an MP3 player, which should very useful during social gatherings when
guests might wish to play music from their personal players.
