RULES OF THE SILENT AUCTION
Each person/couple receives a bidder number. To bid on
an item, you must write your number, initials and amount
on the bidding sheet of the particular item. A bidder’s
number and initials are a legal contract to purchase that
item.
All sales are final. All items have been donated to the
Northeast School PTO and are resold by Northeast, not the
donor. Please read all specifications; refunds or exchanges
are not available.
Unless otherwise stated, all items and services must be
used within one year from date of purchase.
The highest bid at the table closing time will be circled by
a designated volunteer and will constitute the winning
bid. The Auction Chairperson will resolve any questions
regarding winners that may arise.
Payment by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa and the
removal of items by the winner is required prior to leaving
the auction.
