Arachibutyrophobia—fear of peanut butter
sticking to the roof of your mouth
Ecclesiophobia—fear of church
Peladophobia—fear of baldness and/or bald
Ouranophobia—fear of heaven
Phobophobia—fear of phobias
Job 5:7 declares,
“Man is born to trouble.”

A. His Word is True—“Believe (Trust) also
in me” (John 14:1)
“Believe that I know what I’m doing and what
I’m saying. My word is true. You will see that
in due time.”
The Bible contains the words of life.

C. He Is Coming Back for us (v. 3)
Jesus didn’t say He would take us to
Himself. He said He would receive us.
Let’s review God’s three cures for heart
trouble, that Jesus offered to comfort and
• His Word is true.
• We are going to heaven.
• He is coming back to receive us.
John 14:4: “And where I am going you
know, and the way you know.”

So what do you need to do to know w/ certainty
that you’re heaven bound?
• First, acknowledge that you are a sinner (Romans
• Second, recognize that Jesus Christ died on the
cross for you.
Nails did not hold Jesus to the cross. Love did—love
for you and me.
• Third, repent of your sins (Luke 13:3; Acts 17:30)
• Receive Jesus Christ into your life as your Savior
(Revelation 3:20; John 1:12)
• Make your decision public (Matthew 10:32-33)
• Do it now (II Corinthians 6:2).
Procrastination is one of Satan’s favorite tools.
