stance. This is very dangerous and we are mandatory reporters. We obligated by law to make a report! •
A change of clothes is always needed for your child in case of an accident! •
Late pick-‐up fees start exactly at 5:31pm and are due before children are admitted back into care. THE LOREM IPSUMS SPRING 2016 “Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your family.” -‐ Sheila Watson Partnering up with Kemba Dance Studio One of our very own parents, Kemba Shannon, has opened a dance studio in the Kenton neighborhood across from the Kenton Library. We will be offering students the opportunity to attend a dance class during childcare for a discounted rate of $5.00 per week. Details are still being worked out; please let us know your level of interest in this opportunity! Teacher conferences Drop-‐in days It’s that time of year again! We have been paying very close attention to all the children and their development levels. We are ready to schedule conferences for all of our families who wish to sit down with their child’s teacher. Conferences will be scheduled for late November and the first two weeks of December. Please schedule a time with your child’s teacher by the end of October. Effective August 1st, drop-‐in days will have to be paid in advance of the day requested. These days will also be nonrefundable and nontransferable. If you would like to request a drop-‐in day, please let your child’s teacher know, so that we can verify drop-‐in availability for that day. Please do not drop your child off on a non-‐
contracted day without prior approval. We have to ensure that our teacher-‐to-‐child ratio is properly maintained. Please be aware, the Kenton and Argyle facilities are currently running at or near capacity. If you would like a drop-‐in day and we are not able to accommodate your request due to ratios, you do have the option to go to one of our other locations for drop-‐in days. Specials *½ off 1st month tuition at our Columbia Knoll location. *Current families receive $100 off of their child’s tuition when they refer another family who signs up. 2
