AIRPOP: 98% of air to keep excellent your GELATO
Resistente | resistant
Resistente agli urti, grazie ad un’ottima elasticità
che permette l’assorbimento agli urti.
Perché airpop? Il nuovo nome del polistirolo espanso per veicolare ciò di cui è fatto:
98% di aria.
Airpop, per sua natura, non solo è leggero, ma è un materiale ricco di caratteristiche
naturali: ripara, accoglie, protegge.
Le sue eccellenti proprietà isotermiche lo rendono ideale nel settore alimentare
per la conservazione di alimenti freddi, semifreddi e surgelati.
Ottimo isolante termico si presta a conservare la freschezza e l’integrità dei cibi
posti in frigorifero o nel freezer, oltre ad essere atossico e resistente all’umidità.
Ad esempio, ipotizzando una temperatura esterna di 25 gradi, l’alimento contenuto
nel contenitore in polistirolo espanso subirà una variazione di temperatura pari
a -2 gradi all’ora.
La sua particolare struttura a celle chiuse lo rende igienico, impedendo
la formazione di batteri.
Airpop dopo l’uso può essere riciclato al 100%, fino a 7 volte,
dando origine a nuovi imballi o prodotti per diverse applicazioni.
Why airpop? Because the new name for expanded polystyrene translates
what is made of: 98% of air.
Airpop, by its nature, is not only light, but it is a material rich of natural property.
It preserves and protects.
Its excellent isothermic features makes it ideal to be used in food market:
to preserve cold, semi-frozen and deep frozen products. It’s suitable to preserve
the freshness of food and to be stored in refrigerators and freezers.
Beside it’s fully no toxic and resistant to humidity.
For instance if we suppose an external temperature of 25 C°, the food stored
in an airpop container will go through a temperature variation of -2 C° per hour.
Its peculiar structure of closed cells makes it hygienic , preventing the formation of bacteria.
Airpop, can be 100% recycled (up to 7 times) after use, originating new packaging
or products for various applications.
Resistance to impact thanks to an excellent
flexibility which allows a huge shock absorptio.

CFC and HCFC and it is in accordance with all rules and regulations
for food pack.

Dopo l’uso può essere riciclato al 100% dando origine a nuovi
imballi o materiali di alleggerimento per edilizia o terreni di coltura.

Crystallization
Coki ice prevede una finitura compatta ed omogenea all’interno: la cristallizzazione. Si tratta di una fase
speciale di lavorazione durante il processo produttivo che consente l’eliminazione della vaschetta interna.
I vantaggi? Minore impatto ambientale, minori costi, altissima resistenza, totale impermeabilità,
igienicità. La termoscatola è idonea al contatto alimentare.
Coki ice offers a compact and homogeneous finishing inside: crystallization. It’s about a special phase
of the manufacturing process which avoids the use of internal plastic insert.
This great solution implies less environmental impact, great quality, great hygiene and very high resistance.
