17 ILS Deliverables need to be submitted to
stakeholder.
Currently, ILS has 10 of 12 staffs involved in SLEP
Project.
Long time consuming to find the status and related
letter subsequent to the deliverables because the
data is kept in individuals’ personal computers.
It becomes troublesome when data cannot be
access when the person in charge is on Emergency
Leave / Medical Leave.
Problem occurs when there are meetings to be
attended and reports to be submitted.
