Test your luck at B-I-N-G-O! Includes prizes.
Blacklight Volleyball
The patented Blacklight Volleyball system
illuminates our Buccaneer Island sand
volleyball court for evening play using
fluorescent black lights. The net, ball,
boundary lines and players glow intensely
during this party original! Includes
fluorescent body paint, and official in referee
shirt. Tournament or free play available.
Bungee Run
Hook on your bungee cords and hold onto your hats! Two opponents go head to head
down a 35’ inflated runway to see who can place their markers farthest down the line.
Perfect addition to parties! Participants must be at least 4’ tall.
Card Board Boat Regatta
Activity Coordinators
Our trained “Funologists” will have entertainment set up for the children during lunch
and dinner parties allowing the adults to socialize. They will begin a new activity every
15-20 minutes, including face painting, arts & crafts, and games.
Age appropriate activities are parallel to parent function.
Ultimate team challenge! Each team is given
an identical set of materials and one hour
to build a boat! Teams then race against
each other in the Buccaneer Island Lagoon.
Materials include three 60” x 100” sheets of
cardboard, two paddles, a razor blade knife,
a roll of plastic wrap, 90 yards of duct tape,
a pad of paper, and a pen.
Beach Bonfire
Enjoy a classic bonfire and the delicious treat of youth!
Roast marshmallows before you combine them with graham crackers and chocolate and
you’ll certainly want “some more.” Nice addition to Buccaneer Island parties.
Beach Olympics
Going for the Gold…. Florida Keys style.
Show off your skills with classic beach games such as the Golden Egg Roll, Water Balloon
Toss, Coconut Bowling, Sand Ski Races, Tug-O-War, and others!
Suitable for all ages and abilities.
Cornhole Tournament
A favorite for tailgating and the perfect compliment at cocktail parties!
An organized tournament style play is set up and run by our Activity Coordinator officials.
Dive In Movie
How do people in the Keys watch movies? By diving into the experience!
Catch your favorite movie on the big screen by floating in a Buccaneer Island pool on an
inner tube! Program fee includes pool rental, audio visual rental, towels and inner tubes.

Drive In or Beachfront Movie
Too chilly to get wet? Enjoy the movie under the stars either on the beach or on a golf
cart. Includes audio visual rental, movie, and popcorn.
Eco-Challenge
A high impact (not for the timid) race to the finish. Remember X marks the spot!
You must swim, cycle, paddle and run to the next check point. This is a treasure hunt
for the athletic and environmentally friendly, and can be customized to your group
athletic ability.
Golf Cart Road Rally
Teams battle it out with different competitions held throughout the property.
Competitions can include basketball shootouts, mini golf putt offs, golf chipping contests,
tennis slams, and more. A perfect way to get to know the property, while having fun!
Golf Simulator
Fore! Swing away long after you leave the course, by using the PlaGolf Full Size Golf
Simulator. Long drive competitions, match play, and swing analysis are a few of the modes
available on this state-of-the-art machine. Standing 10’ tall by 15’ wide by 20’ deep, this is a
must for the golf-crazy group.
Hermit Crab Races
Ready! Set! They’re off and haulin’ shell!
Participants rally around the circular track and cheer on their favorite crab racers. Variety
of race styles including individual races and group voting! Crabs race in heats. A new race
every 10 minutes; includes prizes. Great for cocktail parties. Paired together, our animal
races are sure to liven up the party!
Huck Finn Kid’s Fishin’ Tournament
Slow down the pace a bit and drop a line into the water just like ol’ Huck Finn used to…
with a cane pole. Of course, that doesn’t mean it is uncivilized. This fishing tournament
is complete with a scoreboard, helpful staff, a cleanup station, and, of course, lemonade.
We also provide the poles and bait. Every child will walk away with a fish trophy and,
most likely, a fish tale of their own. Great for children ages 3-14!

Human Foosball
Giant inflatable game that makes people part of the game!
By strapping in to bungee harnesses, participants work as a team to score against their
opponents. Outrageous fun! Participants must be at least 4’ tall.
Laser Battle
Teams battle it out on a man-made war zone using a laser gun. Very high energy and lots
of excitement to be had. Program includes instruction and protective gear.
Photo Scavenger Hunt (Golf Cart)
Can your team manage to take a photo of a Front Desk agent holding a coconut?
Find the giant Anchor? Are you clever enough to include 16 topics in just 10 photos?
The hunt is on in this outrageous race around the Club! Each team receives a Polaroid
camera and film, list of photo specifications, and a property guide. Using golf carts as
transportation, teams try to earn the most points by taking strategic pictures of
landmarks, found objects and group poses. Photos are compiled and displayed, and made
available for participants to take home.
Pirate Raid
Ahoy Mates! Pirates of the sea will pillage and plunder your party!
A lucky few will be picked out of the crowd to be initiated into the Pirate Brotherhood!
Take your guests back to the days when pirates ruled the seas! Four pirates will be in full
costume and participants in the initiation will receive swords, eye patches and pirate hats.
Poker Night
You’ve got to know when to hold’em, when the dealing’s done, to have any chance of
winning our exciting Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Nights! Slide up to the table, and let one of
our Recreation Team deal the cards.

Scavenger Hunt (Golf Cart)
Truly an ORC Recreation Department Specialty! Given a list, a property guide and a pen,
teams travel the Club property on golf carts hunting for answers and items.
Scavenger Hunts can be customized. Excellent for corporate teams.
Survivor Challenge
OUT-Sweat, OUT-Splash, Laugh OUT loud! Take away the camping, the politics and the
bug eating and you’ve got yourself some wild challenges!
From games such as Precious Run-Off to the Hostile Desert, teams compete for immunity
from Ultimate Trivia. To ensure participation from all, Survivor is based upon points rather
than elimination. Highly recommended for adventure seekers!
Treasure Hunt (Golf Carts)
Treasure Hunts are customized, based upon age, interests and group goal.
Excellent for corporate teams. Travel the Club property on golf carts solving unique riddles
and/or accomplishing challenges. Adult and family hunts available.
Trivia Night
Compete as individuals, partners, or larger teams in this battle of wits!
One of our Recreation Team members will put your general knowledge skills to the test
in this fun event. Our team is also able to customize your group’s Trivia Night to include
questions about your company, the boss’s middle name, or whatever your group desires!
Tropical Fruit Car 500
Play with your food! Build and race a vehicle made from fruits and veggies with the help of
a few tools and your imagination! This hysterical event aPEELs to all ages!
Race area will be decorated with checkered flags.

Reef Rec Room Games Room Rental
Rent out the Reef Rec Room for lots of fun and excitement!
Participants will have free play throughout the games room which includes 3 Nintendo
Wiis, 2 Playstation 3s, and 1 Xbox 360, a pool table, a ping pong table, a foosball table,
shuffleboard, and internet access computers. Additional table games may also be available
to rent at an additional cost.

Margarita Mixer
Let the professional staff at the Lawn & Tennis Center treat your active group to fun
and fitness with a twist!
The pro will organize a round-robin tennis social for your group in the afternoon or
evening centered around our famous secret recipe of Margaritas! Players will get different
partners and opponents each round with winners announced at the end of the
round-robin. Between rounds, players may sample, at their own risk, the delicious
Margaritas served courtside!
Cardio Tennis Clinic
Are you ready for a heart-pumping, sweat-producing physical workout that will shape you
up while you work on your tennis skills?
The Cardio Tennis class will do this and more. It’s a fast-paced tennis clinic designed to get
you in shape while you get your game in shape.
Round-Robin Tournament
If your group is looking for a fun way to get the tennis players out for a social or
competitive tournament, why not let the Lawn & Tennis Center’s professional staff run a
tournament for you?
Players will be matched up with different partners and opponents for each round.
The top 4 players will then pair off in a “Final” match complete with the Professional
umpiring as the other players cheer them on!
Golf Croquet Social Tournament
Don’t let the name fool you. This is one of the most popular events at Ocean Reef.
We can handle groups from 6 to 32 people in this intriguing activity that
allows your group to network in ways that you could never do in
golf or tennis. Players will be taught how to play
Golf Croquet by the pro, who will then set up and
organize a group tournament for you.
Croquet Clinic
Sticky wickets, roquets, deadness boards, and
stop shots are just a few of the many terms used in
playing Croquet. If you are interested in learning how to
play the sport of Croquet, sign up with a group of 3 or more to
learn more about this fast-growing game. Players will be taught the
basic grips and swings leading into single and double ball shots.
Private Lessons
Reward the members of your group with the special attention they deserve in a private
lesson in tennis or croquet. Lessons can be scheduled in advance with our highly regarded
teaching staff.

Basketball
Let our Recreation Team show you how we ‘Hoop it up’ in the Keys!
Set the teams in advance, or pick them ‘playgroundstyle.’
We’ll organize a 3 on 3 tournament, full court games, or
just some fast-paced shooting games.
Beach Flag Football
Down, Set, Hike! The Miami Dolphins we are not,
but let us organize a game of flag football for your group
on the beach! Referee, in black and white uniform,
is available to officiate, and keep the sand throwing to
a minimum!
Beach Soccer
Bend it like Beckham on Buccaneer Island, with an
afternoon of beach soccer. Let our team organize a match or
small tournament to meet the competitive needs of your group!
Blacklight Mini Golf
‘Putt’ your nocturnal putting skills to the test, when we blacklight our Mini
Golf Course, surrounding the course with blacklights, and use glow-in-the-dark balls.
This one is a real blast!
Bocce Ball Tournament
A favorite lawn game and the perfect laid back activity to enjoy!
An organized tournament style play is set up and run by our Activity Coordinator officials.
Mini Golf Tournament
Tee it up on our challenging Mini Golf Course for an afternoon of Fun!
Volleyball
Bump, set, or spike your way to some serious fun!

Eco-Bicycle Tour
These trips offer a combination of exercise and appreciation for the foliage of Ocean
Reef Club. We coast through three of the different ecosystems present here at the Club:
the Mangroves, the lush vegetation and the Hardwood Hammocks, during the 1 hour tour.
People of all ages and skill levels enjoy this scenic trip.
Everglades Alligator Farm Trip
Let our Recreation Team take you on a trip to the Everglades Alligator Farm where we
enjoy alligator and snake shows, as well as an exciting airboat ride.
Guided Nature Walk
On this guided walk through the Club, you’ll learn interesting facts about many of the
plants you commonly see in this area. You’ll be amazed at what you can learn in one hour.
This one-mile walk begins at the Front Lobby and loops around the Inn, Marina and
Buccaneer Island. Includes a souvenir Field Guide.
Private Eco-Kayak Tour
Possibly our most popular program, these laidback trips take you through mangroves,
past bird rookeries and leave you speechless as you can see clearly to the bottom of the
sea floor. We offer Advanced as well as Beginner trips, and will even teach you the very
basics of kayaking in our “Introduction to Kayaking” class.
Stand Up Paddleboard Lesson and Tour
Learn how to paddle standing up and enjoy a tour through the mangroves. Who knows
what you might see among the birds, fish, rays, and much more!
The Birds of Ocean Reef
Did you know that over 100 species of birds have been spotted at Ocean Reef Club?
Join us for a “bird scavenger hunt” as we try to spot as many different bird species as
possible. Bring your binoculars, or borrow a pair of ours for our golf cart-based watch
for our feathered friends.

Stretch Breaks
Important meetings all day? Stretch breaks are a great idea to get the group moving and
motivated. An Ocean Reef Club personal trainer will lead your group through a series of
simple and fun stretches and exercises. Stretch breaks are generally 10 minutes in length,
but can be altered to enhance all schedules.
Tai Chi/Chi Kung
Experience the ancient art forms of Tai Chi and Chi Kung, which have been shown to
promote balance, increase energy, encourage emotional clarity, improve breathing, and
lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Your group instructor is a 6th degree black
belt and a World Martial Arts Hall of Fame member. Class can be done either on the beach
or in a private conference room. Classes available October through May.
Toning on the Beach
Don’t forget the importance of a good resistance workout while away from home.
This class uses hand weights and rubber tubing to tone and tighten your muscles.
An Ocean Reef Club personal trainer will get you motivated with upbeat music and fun
and creative workouts. This class is done on the beach at Buccaneer Island.
Wake-Up Power Walk
Private Group Indoor Cycle
Have some extra energy to burn! Try out our group indoor cycle class, get a great
workout while spinning to fun tunes!
Private Group Stand Up Paddleboard Workout
The Wake-Up Power Walk is the perfect way to see the beautiful sights of Ocean Reef
while getting your exercise. Your personal trainer tour guide will take your group on an
exhilarating trek through Ocean Reef Club incorporating simple exercise movements and
stretches during the walk.
Water Aerobics
Water aerobics is a super way to energize your group. The outdoor pool on Buccaneer
Island is heated to a comfortable temperature on cooler days, yet is very refreshing when
the sun is shining.
Try something new with our Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga! The perfect mix of mind, body,
and spirit while balancing in the middle of the ocean!
Yoga on the Beach
Stand Up Paddleboard Lesson and Tour
Learn how to paddle standing up and enjoy a tour through the mangroves. Who knows
what you might see among the birds, fish, rays, and much more!
This is a great way to start the group’s day off on the right foot or to unwind at the end
of the day. Yoga helps to strengthen, condition, and relax your muscles while improving
flexibility and breathing. This one-hour class is available from sunrise to sunset on the
beach at Buccaneer Island.

Bring In The Animals:
Pet, cuddle, or admire some of the most famous animals on The Reef!
Stretch Break:
Tight from sitting in a chair all day? How about some relaxing yoga to loosen
up your muscles, relax your minds, and recooperate for your next session.
Stretch Breaks can include chair stretches, floor stretches, and/or standing
stretches.
Meditation:
Using breathing and relaxation techniques, relax your mind, relax your muscles,
and enjoy a peaceful break.
Ice Breaker Games:
Get your body moving through fun, exciting, and interactive team games.
Reception/Party Introductions
Sometimes groups need a little something to get the party started.
Our recreation specialists can help start the fun with a short introductory game helping
to not only relax the group, but also geared at getting to know you.

Reef Club Kids Children’s Camps (Ages 4-10)
Specialty parties for our younger guests! With interactive and exciting activities, the kids
will be entertained. Parents can feel safe with trained counselors and sensible counselor/
child ratios, parents can feel safe. Four-hour programs include theme games, crafts, dinner,
theme souvenirs and great memories!
Children are split according to age. Children must be toilet independent.
Counselor: child ratio 1:7. Minimum guarantee of 8 children includes “kid friendly” dinner.
Select from a variety of great themes such as:
Buccaneer Pirate Adventure:
ARG, Mateys! You’ll be going through pirate training with the
Buccaneers. If ye can walk the plank, wield yer sword, and learn the
Pirate Code, you’ll join us on a treasure hunt.
Children’s Birthday Parties:
Need help making that special birthday extra special?
Our trained Activity Coordinators are the perfect fit!
We can specialize any party to fit your child’s imagination, filled with face
painting, arts ’n’ crafts, games, and lots of memories!
Code Name: Secret Agent:
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to crack the case once you
become sworn in as a Secret Agent. Remember, everything around you can
be a clue!
Cookie Cook-Off:
Teams compete to earn cooking supplies and utensils, and finally,
take part in a cookie cook-off. Peers judge their sales pitch and
cookie quality. Delicious fun!
Happy UnBirthday Party:
From invitations to decorations to presents, you help create a special
UnBirthday party for the entire group! After dinner, you’ll get to attend
the party you helped plan!
Key Largo Luau:
Aloha! Enjoy the warm evening by making leis, doing the limbo, and
perhaps some moonlight swimming!
Sleepless Sleepover PJ Party:
Come in your favorite pajamas for this downhome party complete with
pillow battles, spooky story telling and toe nail painting for the girls!

Reef Club Kids Teen Camps (Ages 13-17)
Experience a party with cool Activity Coordinators, and parents know their kids are safe
with chaperones. Four-hour programs include interactive entertainment, dinner, theme
souvenirs and great memories!
Counselor: teen ratio is 1:10.
Minimum guarantee of 8 includes dinner
Choose from themes such as:
Beach Luau:
Hang on the beach playing volleyball, beach soccer and roasting
marshmallows over a bonfire for S’mores. Teens can even go
kayaking in the moonlight.
Monte Carlo Night:
Moving from Roulette to Blackjack to Craps, teens try to increase
their supply of poker chips for the auction at the end of the night.
Teen Mission Control:
From becoming Human Knots to the Golden Egg Roll to Monster
Quiz to a Club Hunt, teens will team up to conquer their obstacles.
