Looking out the window all we can see are tons of snow and freezing cold weather. Nevertheless we are
more than happy to publish this invitation phrased by the Mayor of Ostrow Mr. Radoslaw Torzynski
(student pilot). In addition to that we would like to share some useful information about the competition.
We will do our best, take advantage of our previous experience to make your stay on our airfield as
pleasant as possible. Additional information will be published in following bulletins. Please feel free to
contact us if you have any questions.
We would like to introduce and recommend a DVD containing
105 minutes long reportage from the 2009 competition in
Ostrow, pictures and movies taken from the ground and the air,
competition progress and interviews with the competitors, lots
of interesting shots and soaring informations. This DVD clearly
shows the atmosphere, introduces our club and people who
share the passion of gliding.

The Ostrow competition has already developed to a traditional event for the best polish glider pilots.
I am inviting you not only as the mayor of Ostrow, the town hosting the competition, but also as a glider
pilot. Soaring is a beautiful sport. I have always been dreaming of flying and my dreams came true this
year. I finished the basic course and hold a solo endorsement. My real flying journey is about to begin.
I am more than happy to be able to meet all of you in Michalkow, watch you competing and learn from you.

Entry fee 400 PLN must be paid not later than 10.07.2010.
We advise that the online registration becomes valid after this payment.
Aerotow 90 PLN (5 tows have to be payed in advance)
Other costs (accommodation, catering) can be payed after arrival.
Catering on the field will be provided by two MAX CATERING restaurants: www.max-catering.pl
A special offer for complex catering will be provided for all competitors.
