DIRECTOR
David Taylor is Group Managing Director and Regional Managing Director for the North. A qualified Project
Manager and Quantity Surveyor, he has worked in most sectors of the construction industry throughout the
UK in his 30 years with Summers.

DIRECTOR - LEEDS
BSc, FRICS. Eric is an Equity Director of
Summers-Inman based in our Newcastle office
and is a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager,
with over 30 years experience in all sectors of the
construction industry.
David is a chartered quantity surveyor and project
manager and is responsible for the management
and expansion of our core services delivered from
the Leeds office at Thorpe Park in Leeds. Being in
the Northern Region of the group David works
closely with the Directors and senior management
team across the Northern region.

JIM SNEDDON
REGIONAL MANAGING
DIRECTOR SCOTLAND
BSc (Hons) MRICS.
Jim is experienced in most
construction industry sectors, however he has
extensive experience in the residential sector with a
wide knowledge in the social/public housing field.
GRAEME YUILL
DIRECTOR
MRICS.Graeme is a specialt in cost
management services. He joined Summers
Inman in 1990 and has over 25 years experience
in the profession. During that time Graeme has
worked on a wide variety of projects utilising a
variety of forms of procurement. Graeme has
specific experience of projects in the Health and
Education sector often involving extensive
mechanical and electrical services as well as
complex alterations to existing buildings.

FRICS.David is responsible for the delivery of
Project Management and Quantity Surveying
services. David joined Summers-Inman in 1977 and
during his career has successfully managed a wide
variety of commissions in most sectors of the
property market. David has developed expertise in
providing expert advice and reports to Solicitors
involved in dispute resolution.
Ross joined Summers-Inman in 1994 to develop
Project Management, Building Surveying and Health
& Safety Services within Scotland. Prior to joining
Summers Inman he Project Managed £70m (circa
1990's) of mixed-use facilities for MOD Defence
while working with the Property Services Agency.

STEVE TURNER
REGIONAL MANAGING
DIRCTOR
Steve trained and qualified as a Quantity Surveyor and Cost Manager but has
considerable experience in both Project Management and Construction
Management. Successfully completed projects include many fast-track
programmes particularly in the food and drinks industry working closely with
process or production engineers often on operational sites.

Adrian is a Chartered Building
Surveyor with over 25 years construction experience.
Since joining the Company in 1995 Adrian has been
involved in the development of professional services
throughout the UK.

DIRECTOR
Dip MRICS.Ian is a Director in our Leicester Office
and has over 21 years experience in the Construction
industry, both as a Quantity Surveyor and Project
Manager.
