On all our party nights, we include party poppers, balloons and crackers and
a bar and DJ until midnight and 1am on Friday and Saturday nights.

Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required at the
time of booking.
The final balance and menu choices are due 14 days prior to the event. For
cancellations made after 28 days before your function date or failure to arrive,
a full charge per person will be made and no refund given.
Opening times: The bar and music are available until midnight.
Personal Conduct: Any disorderly behaviour will at first be cautioned, then if the
management deem the continuation of behaviour a nuisance to other guests, the
offender/s will be asked to leave the venue. No refunds will be given.
Dress Code: Smart casual dress is a minimum requirement for all our Christmas
functions.
Cloakroom/Car Park: Chartridge Park Golf Club Ltd. Accepts no responsibility
whatsoever for guests’ property, whilst on the premises, inside or outside of the
building including car parks etc.
Food Requirements: It is your responsibility, as the booker, to advise us of food
orders at least 14 days before the event.
Allergies: Please advise us of any dietary requirements when making your booking
so that we can make alternative arrangements for your guests. Our products are
likely to contain nuts and other allergy causing products.
Alcohol: It is against the law for persons under the age of 18 years to purchase
and/or consume alcohol on the premises. Any person supplying alcohol to any
underage person is committing a criminal offence. It is the booker’s responsibility
to inform management of anyone who is underage and to supervise those persons
throughout the function and avoid breaking the licensing laws. Management and
staff are under strict instruction to refuse such persons’ alchohol requests.
licensees are not allowed to serve anyone who has been drinking and is obviously
not fully in control of their person.
Please note: Events will be re-scheduled/transferred to another date, in the event
of adverse weather conditions. No monies are refundable in these circumstances.
