The envirolite Translucent Stacking and Sectional Door has been
described as “One of the worlds most advanced industrial doors”.
The envirolite Translucent Stacking and Sectional Doors are
ideal external doors for industrial premises. They bring diffused
daylight into factories, warehouses, fire stations and garages
but keep out the wind and the cold.

Easy Servicing
Features such as the removable front
of the guiding track and the individually
suspended door panels facilitate both
maintenance and installation work.
Even the replacement of damaged
door panels is a very simple task.
Thanks to their unique construction these translucent stacking doors
can be fitted in almost any situation and require very little space.
The extraordinary strength of the fire glass panels guarantees perfect
operation at widths of up to 15 metres and heights of up to 20 metres.
The result: an extremely strong yet lightweight door system.
Technical Data
High Translucency
The glass fibre reinforced panels of the envirolite Translucent
Stacking and Sectional Doors are between 70 and 80%
translucent. This gives bright and pleasant working areas
and reductions in lighting costs.

A continuous lightweight copper conductor supplying
low voltage power to the safety edge. All these
components are housed neatly within the profile.
The door panels are individually
hung on chains which are lifted by
a 415 V geared drive belt. As the
door is opened the raised panels
are neatly stacked one behind
another, held in a group by the
galvanised brackets at the top of
the door opening.
This unique method of panel storage
is exceptionally compact compared
to conventional overhead doors.
Not only does it save space but its
simple operation provides reliability
and requires little servicing.
Each door panel incorporates
aluminium flanges; and when the
final section moves into place as
the door closes, these have an
interlocking effect, holding all the
panels tightly together.
