THE GATHERING
The Gathering at Boutwells Landing is
part of Lakeview Health conveniently
located and staffed by Lakeview Hospice
professionals. Operated in partnership
with Presbyterian Homes, The Gathering
provides a patient-centered continuum of
care.
Embracing end of life is difficult and
stressful for patients and families. Many who
have utilized The Gathering have been vocal
in their praise for the care that was provided
to their loved one, and for the invaluable
support offered to the grieving family:
“It’s been a year since our Mom was
entrusted to your care. Although she was
at The Gathering only a week, it was such a
comfort to both her and us to know that her
needs were not only met, but anticipated
as well. The loving care you provided her
made those last days special for all of us.”
