Information aux exposants
De la part du comité des préparatifs pour la 30ième convention annuelle de
l’ACEI, nous avons le plaisir d’offrir la possibilité de kiosques de 8’ x 10’ au
Fairmont Le Château Frontenac.
Afin de pouvoir planifier vos plans de représentation pour cette 30ième
convention, les grilles horaires pour les exposants sont les suivantes :

Avis aux Exposants: Les exposants doivent se procurer leur trousse d’information le
mercredi 20 août 2014, entre 16h et 18h ou le jeudi, 21 août 2014, entre 15h et 17h.
Fournitures incluses: avec chaque kiosque de 8’ x 10’ une table de 6’ recouverte
d’une nappe, également 2 chaises, l’alimentation électrique , et l’accès à internet . (WiFi)
Frais: Les commanditaires Platine, Or ou Argent se voient inclure le souper et le bar
hospitalier du jeudi 21 août 2014, le déjeuner et la conférence du vendredi 22 août 2014
de même que l’accès à la suite hospitalière pour ces 2 soirées. Tous les commanditaires
sont encouragés à participer à la soirée souper et soirée du vendredi 22 août 2014 et les
billets à cet effet sont disponibles au coût de 135$ par personne.
