Kaneohe Branch Closure &
Announcement of Hawaii and National Shared Branching Networks
Our lease for our Kaneohe Branch at Windward City Shopping Center is expiring at the
end of May. The last day of business there is Saturday, May 21, 2016.
Alternatively, we hope that members will enjoy our new shared branching arrangement
with HICUSO, the Hawaii Network of shared branching credit unions by mid-May.
Specifically, for the Kaneohe area, there are two shared branching locations that will
serve members’ transactions needs:
 HawaiiUSA FCU located at Windward Mall, 46-056 Kamehameha Hwy
Monday – Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Hawaii State FCU located at Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center, 46-047
Kamehameha Hwy, #7, across from Windward Mall between Long’s & Safeway
Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Additionally, there are some 70 HICUSO branch locations throughout Hawaii (including
the neighbor islands) that will also serve members’ transaction needs. You may visit
the website at www.hicuso.com for all the available branch locations. Or our branch
staff may provide you with a printout of all the locations. We are also happy to advise
that members will also have access to more than 5,000 shared branching locations
across the mainland USA through the Co-Op Network. The website is at www.coopcreditunions.org and “Find a branch” by typing in a zip code for a desired area.
Shared branch transactions include:
 Cash withdrawals as limited by the serving outlet
 Deposits (coin deposits as permitted by the serving outlet)
 Check withdrawals
 Travelers Checks (no fee for single signature checks)
 Loan payments
Be advised that acceptable* primary identification is required and you must identify “Windward Community FCU” as your account membership with your account
number.
*Acceptable = government ID with photo, signature & expirations date including state
issued driver’s license, state issued IDs, US Armed Forces ID, passport, and alien ID
card.
We are currently seeking a solution for new accounts and loan signing business in
Kaneohe. Until then, both Main and Kailua branches will continue to serve all member
business needs along with our Windy phone and online banking at
