Global Leadership Development Institute - Class of 2012
To the GLDI Class of 2012:
Congratulations to 52 emerging global leaders! It has been my great joy to join you for the past 40 days.
My wife and I have had the privilege to meet you, observe you learn, teach you, dine with you, talk with
you, but above all, pray for and with you. We truly feel blessed that our awesome God would grant us
these honors and privileges of being part of the lives of such Christ ambassadors.
As I have shared my hope and vision with you, my continual prayer for each and every one of you
from this point forward is that you would be armed with the Truth of the Word as you engage in this
world to change the course of history. Take courage. Take faith. Commit yourself to Jesus Christ with
ruthless trust. Take up your staff and go out into the heart of this nation and the nations of the world
to revolutionize these places for the name of our great God. I have full confidence “that He who began
a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus” and that our God will
enable you to embrace and love our nation along with the nations of the world for His glory.
Remember that you are a community of global leaders. You have 51 fellow ambassadors, friends,
brothers and sisters by your side, cheering for you, holding you up and praying for you across America,
Canada, Korea, and Brazil. I pray that you are indeed bound in Christ together from generation to
generation to fulfill the Great Commission of our Lord.
My wife and I will be here for you as friends, teachers, fellow ambassadors, and a brother and sister in
Christ. We will pray for you, hoping God’s gracious blessing on you. We will always love you. Now go and
transform America and the nations of the world, Mighty Ambassadors of Christ!!!
