INSTALLATION:
Our Certified Legacy Pool Builders are professional, experienced, and have 30+ years
on the job. All pool bracing is anchored in a continuous footing of concrete, approximately 3' wide.
PANELS:
All pools are 2.35 oz (not 2 oz.) 14GA copper bearing galvanized steel. This amounts
to 73% more zinc than most companies use. L I F E T I M E T R A N S F E R A B L E WARRANTY on steel walls. All panels have a double stiffener, bolted, not tack welded
which eliminates removal of zinc coating. Steel is flexible and resists ground shifting; it
will not crack like Concrete/Polymer can.
BRACING:
The strongest steel braces in the industry provide uncompromising support to the pool f ^jj^^li^^
walls.
POOL BASE:
Approximately 1 y 2 " - 2 " of Grace CPBA Vermiculite is used under the liner to provide
a smooth, porous, and non-abrasive finish to the pool bottom.
COPING:
New trim Une Progressive Coping provides a seamless transition into most patios.

PLUMBING:
1 V2' PVC (not poly pipe) is used. This allows for fewer connections to minimize potential leaks. All suction lines are valved separately.

Direct from skimmer: Eliminates additional fitting in pool.

C I R C U L A T I O N SYSTEM:
Pools up to 40' have 1 wide mouth skimmer and 2 returns.
All pools have 2 main drains at the bottom of the deep end,
allowing for better circulation throughout the entire pool.
Pools 20' X 40' and over have 2 skimmers. All pools with
stairs have a return fitting in the stairs with a jetted fitting.

F I L T E R SYSTEM:
Choice of Cycolac Sand, Diatomaceous Earth, or
Cartridge Filter with a non-corrosive pump. All systems
are designed to filter the entire volume of water in 6 to 8
hours. Pools up to 35' use 3/4 HP pump, up to 38' use a
1 HP pump, and 40' and over use a 1 Vi HP all with a 6
position valve. AUfiltersare set on a concrete slab. AU
necessary backwash lines are installed.
CHLORINATION:
All pools include an in-line chlorinator, which allows for
less handling of chlorine. Chlorine-free alternatives are
also available. Salt Generators and/or low chlorine miner- >
al systems are available as options.
LINER:
Choose from a large selection of 28 mil liner patterns custom made to fit your pool perfectly. Textured print steps
allow the Uner pattern to continue throughout the pool.
STAIRS:
Choice of 8' steel step or 8' rovel step. The steel lined step offers the continuation of the Uner and
coping around the entire pool. 12' radius steps are available on some models.
CUSTOM STAIRS AND B E N C H E S :
Specialty stairs like wedding cake steps, full end steps, and corner steps are also available as options.
Add a custom bench to your shallow end steps or deep end for additional seating.
DECK EQUIPMENT:
Stainless steel 3 step ladder is mounted in steelflangeof
pool, eliminating the need of a concrete pad. Choice of
two single, stainless steel handrails on side, or 1 center
hand rail. Powdercoated Coppervxin and Sandstone also
available.
D I V I N G BOARD (OPTIONAL):
Fiberglass diving board with base: 6' on pools up to 40'
long, 8' on pools which have a depth of 8'6" or deeper are
available on most pools as an option.
MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT:
Vacuum hose, telescopic pole, vacuum head, and leaf net.
F I N I S H GRADE:
AU pools are rough graded and a temporary fence is included with a smaU deposit, fioUy refunded upon return of
fencing.
POOL C O M P L E T I O N :
Normal instaUation time is 10 to 14 days.
INSTRUCTIONS:
At completion of pool, customers will be provided with
complete instructions on operation and water chemistry.
WARRANTY:
AU workmanship carries a 2 YEAR WARRANTY.
