What once was a small front yard with nothing more than grass and a couple of street
trees is now water-wise and wonderful! 525 square feet of thirsty lawn has been
replaced with an appealing palette of water conserving shrubs and perennials.
Plant material has been planted appropriately to provide adequate space for each plant
to grow and maintain its intended size and shape. This conversion not only conserves
water, but also reduces pruning, clipping and mowing which reduces green waste
generation.
The landscape renovation, in combination with a new house color and paint job, brings
this small residential landscape to a new level of curb appeal and conservation.
