We ask for your cooperation and request you abide by the following guidelines designed to assist you. If you are coming to Longleat during the day to visit the attractions these will open from 10am and close from 3.30pm. Please make your way to your designated concert car park by 4pm. BY CAR Longleat Safari is just off the A36 between Bath and Salisbury (A362 Warminster – Frome road). DO’S Do keep your ticket with you at all times. Do be in your seat by the start of the show. Do allow ample time to take advantage of the toilet facilities. Do bring waterproof clothing & wear appropriate footwear. Do put any rubbish in the bins provided for you. Do look out for official vendors and concession stalls. Do avoid unlicensed traders outside of the venue offering inferior goods. Do tune in to local radio stations for the latest travel updates. Do make sure you have purchased your car parking ticket in advance. DON’TS Do not bring food or drink of any sort into the venue. Do not arrive with any form of audio or visual recording equipment. There will be security checks in place and items may be confiscated if necessary. Do not put up umbrellas during the concert performance. Do not leave valuables on display in your vehicle. Do not bring dogs as they are not allowed on the Longleat grounds. ACCESS Access to the venue will commence at 4.00pm. Please enter by the gates indicated by signage and stewards. From here follow the signage around the venue to find the area, block, row and seat indicated on your ticket. Your concert ticket does not include entry to the Longleat Estate or Attractions before 4pm. A separate Day Ticket will need to be purchased. YOUR SEATS This is an outdoor concert. The seating in blocks AA, BB, CC and DD are flat floor, not raised. Seats within the venue are all uncovered. The concert will not be cancelled in the event of inclement weather. Please bring clothing appropriate to the expected weather conditions. Please note that there will not be a left luggage or cloakroom facility at the venue. ON ARRIVAL The concert will commence at approx 6.00pm and finish prior to 10.00pm. Please allow plenty of time for your journey and for parking and transfer, as well as getting to your seat. REFRESHMENTS A range of food and refreshments will be available to purchase at the venue. Please note there will be NO access to credit/debit card machines and cash machines within the venue. CASH ONLY. NO CAMERAS OR RECORDING EQUIPMENT Please do not bring audio/ visual recording equipment, as these will not be permitted within the venue. FIRST AID First Aid points are situated within the venue and are clearly signposted. Any steward will be pleased to direct you. WARNING: Exposure to loud music can cause injury to your hearing. People around you may stand. From the South West: A303 in a London direction – A350 towards Warminster – A36 towards Bath – Longleat is just off the A362 between Warminster and Frome. From the North: M4 (J18) – A46 towards Bath – A36 towards Salisbury – Longleat is just off the A362 between Warminster and Frome FOR VISITORS USING SAT NAV Address: Longleat, Warminster, Wiltshire, BA12 7NW Please ignore the Sat Nav voice as you approach Longleat and follow the brown tourist signposts. EVENT DAY PARKING In addition to concert tickets there are two options available for concert parking. Vehicle access onto the Longleat Estate for the concert will not be possible without a car parking ticket. You must have purchased your car parking ticket in advance. Car Parks A & G - Park & Walk - £9 per car. Drive straight into the Longleat Estate and park up in one of our on-site car parks which is a short 5 – 10 minute walk from the arena seating. Car Park G is accessed via the A361. Car Park A from the A362. Car Park F - Park & Ride - £6 per car. Accessed via the B3092. Designated parking sites positioned within a short distance of the Longleat Estate where you will be met by our fleet of buses which will transport you to the seating arena at Longleat. Please note we suggest you allow ample time to transfer from the Park & Ride to the concert arena. To book your parking visit www.longleat.co.uk/eltonjohn Day Visitors to Longleat will have to leave the Estate by 4:00pm unless they have an Elton John concert and car parking ticket, where they will be re directed to park in the designated areas. Strict direction will be supplied to all booked parking and must be followed. DROP OFF/PICK UP POINT If guests are being dropped off at the concert road signage will be in position to guide drop off and pick up locations. PUBLIC TRANSPORT By train; Warminster station, is about 5 miles from Longleat and is on the Cardiff to Portsmouth line. Westbury station is about 12 miles from Longleat and is on the London Paddington to Penzance line. Both stations are served by taxis (details below).
