Doing Business with Beacon Graphics
ORDERING: Our offices are open Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30 EST. All first time orders will be shipped C.O.D., credit card or certified check. Future orders
can ship "Company Check Acceptable" provided approval of a company check application. FAX orders are received 24 hours a day. Free freight on supply orders
(not including equipment, software & inkjet media) over $500 shipped UPS ground in continental USA.
RETURNS: Any authorized return of supply materials after 10 calendar days are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Any credit due will be applied toward future
orders. Items held over 30 days may not be returned. Any authorized return of software or equipment after 3 calendar days are subject to a 25% restocking
charge. Authorized returns shall be returned in their original packaging and shall not show any signs of use, wear, abuse or damage. Font and graphics CD
products and educational videos and books are not returnable once they are opened. No returns on StiKa products. Authorized returns will be issued an RMA
(Return Mechandise Authorization) number. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that the cost of a UPS call tag is $5.50 plus shipping and this will
be deducted from your credit, if applicable.
TERMS: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express charge cards. All dishonored checks will be assessed a service charge of $20.00. Any
unpaid balances over Net 30 days will accrue a 1.5% service charge; 18% A.P.R.

Instructions for Adhesive Remover
1. Use heat lamp or heat gun to soften vinyl.
2. Pull the vinyl from the surface.
3. Apply adhesive remover with cloth or paper towel.
4. Let sit for at least 90 seconds until glue softens.
5. Scrape with squeegee to remove glue residue.
6. Wipe area with a clean cloth or towel.
7. Remove any remaining glue and dry surface.

Ultra Clear Grade 1310 works particularly well when applying graphics to Coroplast.
Do not use for wet application methods for Coroplast.
Grade AT-60 has reduced static and can be used when applying graphics using wet application.
Store tape in plastic bags to keep mositure out.
It is best to use Ultra Premium grade for large graphics and customer applied graphics.

strip, remove any adhesive using Rapid Remover (page 8), dry and
install the new strip.
