Description:
PERMAGUARD is a water based acrylic
sealer specially formulated to protect concrete, stone, bricks
and pavers. PERMAGUARD is ideal for interior use since it
does not have a strong solvent odour being water based. It
resists UV (sun), de-icing salts, oil, gasoline, grease, food
stains and many household chemicals. PERMAGUARD will
provide a high gloss look to your surface.
PERMAGUARD is used to protect and seal interior or exterior
surfaces. It can be rolled or brushed on horizontal or vertical
surfaces.

stones, bricks, concrete blocks and stone.

All surfaces to be sealed must be clean, dry and free of
contamination. Use an all-purpose cleaner such as TSP
(trisodium phosphate). Cleaning must be followed by rinsing
and drying.

To test for substrate moisture, tape aluminum foil or plastic
wrap to the surface for 24 to 48 hours. Seal carefully. If the
surface is damp when the foil or plastic is removed, moisture
migration is present. Moisture source must be corrected
before using this product or it may turn white upon drying.
Do not use below ground level. Do not allow product to freeze.
Allow new concrete to cure for a minimum of 28 days prior
to sealing. Apply only when surface and air temperatures
are between 10°C to 32°C (50°F to 90°F). Allow product
to cure for 18 hours before exposure to water or rain. Early
exposure may cause some whitening under some conditions.
Do not apply to wet or damp surfaces. Note: This product
will not resolve problems due to hydrostatic pressure.
Apply a coat of PERMAGUARD using a roller or a paintbrush.
Best appearance is obtained with a high density foam
roller. If the first coat is rapidly absorbed, apply a second
coat after 1 to 2 hours. Two coats are recommended for
best performance. For best appearance, avoid excessive
material. If necessary, allow product to absorb for 10 to 15
minutes for each coat then remove excess product with a
clean, dry cloth. Over-application will not provide increased
performance. Do not allow product to pool on the surface.
Use caution in outdoor applications, as sealed surfaces may
become slippery when wet.

Clean all tools rapidly with warm water.

vary according to absorption level of the surface and the type of roller/brush used.

9- First
aid
This product may cause eye, skin and respiratory system
irritation. Do not get in eyes, on skin or clothing. Handle
with care. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, call a
Poison Control Center or doctor immediately. Do not induce
vomiting. In case of contact with eyes, rinse well with water
