The Leafaway® machine produces a seamless standard 5” gutter with or without the
cover. You can also offer your customers leaf protection to their existing gutters by
running the gutter cover through this one of a kind gutter machine. You will never need

UNIVERSAL CUTTERS
Universal 16” Soffit Cutter
Saves you installation time and helps minimize material waste.
Set the adjustable gauge and then chop all the pieces needed
to the exact same length in minutes. Comes with a quad profile
blade. Features include: adjustable squaring fence for straight
cuts, heavy gauge steel construction, no more blade burns
on paint, portable, no power required, low-maintenance and
mounts on a sawhorse. One year warranty on all parts. Universal
soffit cutter has optional profile blades available by special order.
Universal siding Cutter
Just one chop with the universal siding cutter and you’ll get
a clean, sharp and precise cut to the exact length every time.
Features include: adjusts quickly to cut multiple profiles,
adjustable squaring fence for straight cuts, heavy gauge
steel construction, portable, no power required and low
maintenance. One year warranty on all parts. This universal

Seller (Eastside Machine Company, Inc.) warrants that the Seller’s machines are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
and service for which it was intended for a period of two years from the date the machine is first purchased. Parts not manufactured by Eastside
Machine Company, Inc. are covered by the original manufacturers warranty. Based on the Seller’s examination, and determination of defect, the
exclusive remedy for any defects covered by this warranty shall be the obligation of the Seller to replace or repair new or rebuilt parts, free of charge,
f.o.b. point of manufacture. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The Seller shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or
special damages, or any cause, loss, action, claim or damage what so ever for injury to person or property, or any consequential, economic or
incidental loss. This warranty is VOID if the machine is altered, abused, misused, or neglected, or if required maintenance is not timely performed. The
Seller shall not be liable for:
(A) any loss or damage, contractual or delictual, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or special, and
(B) any costs of materials or labor, for whatever reason, run through the machine, and
(C) any improper adjusting of machine by other than an authorized service technician (The Seller will charge normal hourly rate for adjusting
machine back to its normal operating standards.), and
(D) any actions, claims, judgements, costs, expenses, losses and damages, contractual or incidental or special, arising out of any actual or alleged injury (including death) to any person or damage to any property, resulting from, relating to or in any way connected with, the sale,
the possession, handling, use of or any other dealing with machine.
