BLUEBERRY
Blueberries work wonderfully in the garden, landscape, or in containers
on patios. Blueberry plants will produce delicious fruit and look good
doing it! They make very beautiful bushes which many will display
brilliant fall color. Many blueberry plants are self fertile, however cross
pollination will help increase berry size and yield. Contact us for help on
selecting the best varieties for your needs.

Figs make a welcome addition to home container gardens and
landscapes. They can be grown as a tree or pruned and grown as a
bush. They fruit on the current year’s growth. This allows the plant to
fruit even if it froze to the ground during winter months. If the plant is to
be grown in cold climates it is recommended to be grown as a bush.
These are all self-pollinating varieties that will fruit in containers. Fruit
can be eaten out of hand, dried, baked, frozen, and used in preserves.

KIWI
– Actinidia
Actinidia is a woody vine which can cover trellises,
arbors, fences, or serve as a screen for porches.
The vines can be grown with very low maintenance.
In order for kiwi to produce fruit you need to have a
male and female plant (females produce fruit).
One male can pollinate up to 8 females.

Joseph Simcox is “The
Botanical Explorer” he has
led hundreds of expeditions
around the world studying
the world’s food plants. In
this debut “Explorer SeriesTM”
section Joe has teamed up
with us to introduce some
extraordinary edible plants.
These are plants that have
been eaten for centuries in
other parts of the world yet are
hardly known here. In this first
lineup we have Yacon, Katuk,
Longevity Spinach, the African
Potato Mint and a exceptional
Dragon Fruit. We will be
introducing many more of Joe’s
incredible finds. It is his hope
that everyone gets to share
the delight in raising these
incredible plants!

SYNGONIUM
Syngonium are native to Central
and South America’s moist forest
habitats. They are grown for interior
use and work well in small pots,
hanging baskets and especially dish
gardens. The leaves of these plants
are arrowhead-shaped and known
for their beautiful colors. Our Allusion
SeriesTM is distinctive because all of
the leaves have pink veins or pink
coloring. Some of the varieties are
Syngonium ‘Berry Allusion’®
Syngonium Bob Allusion’® (Tetra)
Syngonium ‘Bold Allusion’® (Tetra)
Syngonium ‘Bright Allusion’®
clumping while others will vine. We
also have tetraploids that have large
