DIRECTIONS
From the WEST - LIE or Southern State to the Seaford
Oyster Bay Expressway (Route 135) to Hempstead
Tpke East (Route 24). Go East about 2 miles to Main
Street. Make a left, Runners Edge is on your left.
There is plenty of parking in parking lots behind both
sides of Main Street.
FROM THE EAST - You can also take the Southern
State Parkway to exit 30 North (Broadway) towards
Farmingdale. Go North on Broadway until you get
to the end of Boundary Avenue. Make a right and
follow until you get to Hempstead Tpke. Turn right and
continue East until you get to Main Street, make a
left, Runners Edge is on your left.

For top male and female overall finishers in open and
masters categories: 1st-$100, 2nd-$75, 3rd-$50
SPECIAL CASH BONUSES
To the first male breaking 4:00 minutes for the mile
and first female breaking 4:35 for the mile: $250

for this race. By making this application I warrant that my physical
condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. I hereby
grant full permission to any and all the foregoing to use any pictures or any other record of this event for any purpose whatsoever.
