SIM CARDS
In its SAS certified facilities,
Inkript manufactures a range
of highly reliable SIM/USIM cards
enabling value added services,
ensuring interoperability, and
assuring revenues.
SIM cards have been witnessing increased adoption with the growing
use of smartphones and other devices requiring always-on
connectivity. Sim cards represent a key platform for value added
services and applications.
Inkript’s SIM/USIM cards are based on the JavaCard™ platform
to deliver a high level of interoperability, with easy source code
development, applet loading and processing.
The SIM/USIM cards platform adheres to the highest industry
security standards, complying with client specific COMP128-1,-2,-3
and 2G Milenage authentication algorithms for the SIM cards and
3G Milenage for the USIM cards.
The intrinsic cryptographic protection safeguards data from attack,
making Inkript’s cards recommended for use in mobile services
of a sensitive or financial nature. Moreover, the cards integrate
authentication, anti-fraudulent and anti-cloning mechanisms to
prevent security infringements and violations.
Inkript partners with industry leaders
for on-card and back-end systems
provisioning to better serve its clients
with a variety of platforms and service
applications.
Inkript cards’ memory ranges
from 32KB to 128KB (Flash
technology) for the SIM cards
and 64KB to 256KB (EEPROM
and Flash technology) for the
USIM cards, delivering a complete
product line covering various
requirements.
Telecom operators can offer their customers seamless migration
to higher memory capacity that provide enhanced services and
storage levels, since all Inkript’s cards incorporate the same
microprocessor and operating system (Native or Javacard OS).
Services can be transferred from one card to another instantly,
resulting in large-scale time savings for telecom operators and
helping drive brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
The support of over-the-air (OTA) capabilities enables remote
files update and delivery for new services and applications to
the users, and provides telecom operators with post issuance
personalization capabilities.
