Thanksgiving Dinner
A Chance to Share opened with a thanksgiving dinner in the Filipino Christmas tradition of the Noche Buena, which brings
together family and friends in a joyful feast and shares in the message of faith, hope, and love that Christmas brings. Guests
include representatives from the community partners: SOS Children’s Village, Munting Kalinga Foundation, De La Salle Zobel,
Paref Woodrose, Honda Alabang, Isuzu Alabang, New Life Christian Center, Greenhills Christian Fellowship, Rustan’s
Department Store, and Timezone.

Christmas Launch
After the feast, Asia’s Pop Idol Christian Bautista held a concert to formally launch the event with ATC Deputy General
Manager, Lala Bautista inviting everyone to participate in A Chance to Share.

Christmas Corner
The Christmas campaign’s beneficiaries, the underprivileged children of Muntinlupa City, also had A Chance to Share their
hopes and dreams with shoppers through the Christmas Corner that served as an information booth, donation drop-off, and
Santa Claus’main spot all in one.

Community Support
A Chance to Share was a community effort through and through with support from 50 companies, schools, churches, and
community groups. It brought out one of the Filipino’s unique trait- Bayanihan (spirit of communal unity to achieve an
objective)

It showed Filipino’s “kawang-gawa” or openess to share especially during the Christmas time as companies were
inspired to make the campaign part of their Christmas programs.

It also highlighted Filipino’s innate talent in singing as school chorale groups were given a chance to perform with community’s
own multi-award winning Broadway legend & Disney sensation, Ms. Lea Salonga.

A Chance to Share was a gift that also gave back, as those who participated were treated to the benefit concert featuring multiaward winning Broadway legend & Disney sensation, Ms. Lea Salonga.

And for the children from the charities, a post-Christmas celebration was held at ATC where they joyfully participated.

Community Support
In the end, ATC gathered donations enough to sustain the charities for at least 3 months and help them take in more
children during the Holidays and even after Christmas time. It was proof that, indeed, little things do amount to
plenty with the combined efforts of a united community.
